Christopher was an awesome host. He spent a lot of time explaining the Koblenz, gave us a map, explained the bus and then he drove us drove us down there!!!!! Breakfast was good, typical German breakfast. The bed was VERY comfortable. Would defiantly stay here again!!!

We stayed at this hotel for only one night, but it would be easy enough to feel at home at this cozy inn for several days, if you plan to explore the picturesque Rhine valley. The room was comfortable, and the bathroom area was spanking new. The room was set up with three twin beds( good for sharing), and the...

Koblenz Berghof Hotel Chris was the consummate host, giving us clear directions on how to see the best parts of the city, and directions on how to use the bus system if needed. We chose to walk down the steep hill (described by Chris as a very strong hill) and take the bus back from the city center. It was...

This is the best value for a hotel in Koblenz. The owner, Chris, is OUTSTANDINGLY helpful and provides clean, warm rooms with wi-fi and a great selection on the TV. Breakfast is good and only 3.50E. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED which is something I rarely do for hotels in Germany. You can easily get here using the 27 bus at the Lohr...

I booked this from AMOMA. It was a joke, hotel is not *** but **, as written on the plate fixed on hotel's wall. Rooms are smelly. Bathroom was stinking. Furniture was very creaky. It has breakfast but it was poor. In fact it is not a hotel, it's a building with rooms to let. The only thing I appreciated...

The hotel is in a quiet residential area of Koblenz. The walk into the city is downhill and takes about 20 mins. The bus stop is opposite the hotel (route 27) and goes to the main station. The room was spacious and comfortable. The highlight is the restaurant - Christian's cooking is brilliant and the service is excellent.

My wife and I stayed here for three nights in early May. We received a great welcome from proprietor Chris Michel, who was able to tell where to visit and what sights to see - all in perfect English. Chris is also very good company over a couple of pints of Konigsbacher. The Gasthaus was perfect for us: good value...

Felt very much at home here during a visit to Koblenz. It has a motel feel to it at first, but once I had figured out how to pull the shutters down for more privacy from the car park I was able to settle in. Very comfortable bed and a homely feel to the room. The host was very warm...

We booked this hotel for a couple of nights, at the start of our 3 week road trip around Germany, so we could explore the city of Koblenz. As others have said it is a little way outside the main town but this is walkable in a reasonable time - well there anyway as it is a steep downhill walk...

We booked here for one night because it was the only place available on our way to Mosel Valley. It was very interesting. Hotel is a out of town in a residential area, no restaurants around. The owner Chris was very nice and the restaurant at the hotel was wonderful. Chris gave us schnapps (on the house) for after dinner...
