I was originally travelling solo so it was a perfect location - you get off at central station and walk across the road to the mall, and you see the IBIS sign! It's right near everything you need. Little did I know but the staff had helped my partner arrange a surprise visit and engagement from Australia! They were amazing,...

The hotel is one of three tower blocks that backs on to the shopping district. Very near to the tourist sights. The hotel room was comfy and the beds were decent, although the pillows were flat. The breakfast was in a large room was got busy, there was a wide range of things to choice from. There was also a...

3 things that should be addressed... 1. No free wifi, why is this? In most countries you even get it free on public transport. 2. No fridge in room, why? This is so needed by the people who like to keep their bottled water cool, some place for the milk for their tea, we do like our tea. 3. Pillows......

The rooms are small, but comfortable and clean. I find it pricey for the size of the room, but I wanted to be as close to the train station as possible and this is about as close as you can get. The buffet breakfast was excellent and surprising seeing as the hotel was fully booked you had places to sit...

Clean, decently sized two room suite. Main bed was very good; fold-out sofa in other room was painful to sleep on. Internet price add-on and quality of internet were much better at all other places we've stayed (including Turkey and Peru).

On the good side...very central location to train station, sightseeing and shopping. Had a McDonald's and Subway only steps away which was wonderful for the college kids I was traveling with. This was the only hotel in our 17 day Germany visit that did not have free Wi-Fi, so I would consider that if we were going to be there...

We chose this hotel because it is close to the Altstadt as well as the Hauptbahnhof. There are actually 3 Ibis hotels in a row on Pragerstraße, so make sure you know your address. There were four of us, so we had a large room with a queen bed and two pullout sofas. It was nice to have a separate...

Worst experience in a hotel that pretends such high quality by its brand! The receptionist welcomed me by telling me it's not her fault she couldn't find my booking in the system because my name contains a COMMUNIST LETTER in it. Absolutely shocking to find such blatantly racist staff at IBIS. No respect for customers whatsoever. Next worth mentioning is...
