Always something special to visit a city for the first time,- and extra special to visit Flensburg, the hometown of my family’s ancestors , for me 8 generations ago, by the end of 1700 Well, the hotel is charming, the owners nice and helpfull, and the staff as well. The standard rooms in the old section are cosy,- the superior rooms, all of them in new section, are spacious and well equiped. The hotel has a small garden/courtyard, super for warmer days The breakfast-room/restaurant was closed because of the corona-situation, but all the guests were offered freshly made and tasty breakfast boxes, including also lots if coffee, juice and yougurt. The local corona-rules were followed in a perfect way

Small cozy hotel. Clean and great service. We got a 3-bed room, which was quite spatious, so I don't know the normal room size. The bathroom was very simple, but ok. Everything was clean and Wi-Fi, tv, and heating was in order. Absolutely nothing fancy, but spotless. Breakfast was fine. Served by the table. I think it is a little overpriced, that explains the 4 stars. If the priced matched (fx 100€ incl breakfast and parking) I might give it 5. We payed 9€ for parking per day, though it seemed like you could park for free almost right outside.

We had a great weekend herre, super cozy and great breakfast. We Will surely visit again. Make sure to ask for a room in the new building. Sadly they only offer breakfast, but many great restaurants and bars, in walking distance.

This was my first visit to this quaint little hotel in Flensburg, but my parents visit yearly. It's a small and quiet hotel with it's own parking and short distance to anything you would want to see or do. Breakfast has a nice selection and the coffee is very nice. I also greatly appreciated the quiet breakfast area in the mornings. I highly recommend this place, everything is clean and comfortable. :)
