Stayed for one night on the way home. The location of the hotel is stunning, right on the water front. Had a ground floor room with a view of the fjord, I think I would opt for a balcony view next time. Clean and the bed was very large and comfy. Ate in the restaurant and the service reminded of...

I am very happy with this hotel. The rooms is nice and clean and very up to date. I have a lake view room which is nice. The restaurant is good. There is a mini bar with very reasonable prices. This price is nice and the free wifi is working well. Highly recommended, especially for a tourist visit.

Warm welcome, professional staff and easy to find and park. Room quite OK. Fine view. Evening dinners quite OK. Nothing to complain about. Small town but nice and interesting. Walking around was enough. No car needed.

My job takes me many places off the beaten track, and mostly I'm glad of that. You get to stay in adorably cute places like the Strandhalle. Not (thankfully) the kind of luxe nouveau riche would want - think more cozy bolt-hole in the Hamptons for people who love comfort and down-home welcomes. Forstly, the location cannot be beaten, right...

We stayed for 1 night in a family room - it was very clean and comfortable, with helpful staff and the location is good for access to the centre of Schleswig. The breakfast is fresh and varied, and the setting is attractive. We will be back!

nice location, clean room, near water. Breakfast good. At the price of 125 euro with a lake view a little overpriced maybe. No kettle in room to make tea or coffee. Staff friendly. Worth a walk around the town

We stayed here for three nights recently and had a wonderful stay. The hotel is nicely situated, comfortable and the staff excellent (very helpful and mostly bilingual). The hotel isn't luxurious, but then for the price that shouldn't be expected, but more than adequate. The food in the restaurant on the three nights we ate was of excellent quality and...

The hotel is located along the waterfront, and we had a room overlooking the water. A very adequate room with some nice touches, like the duck in the shower! The hotel is very clean and the staff pleasant, but you get the feeling it could do with a bit of a makeover, such as upgrading the doors. Overall a very...

Rooms and restaurant are outdated. Staff was nice but depending on a person their english skills were not to best standards. Location is good and I recommend Luzifer restaurant nearby, especially their wednesday buffet. You can hear people opening doors and talking on the hallway so for light sleepers I can't recommend this place.
