The weak link in our holiday travel. The hotel is in need of a makeover, bedroom furniture sparse & in need of replacement. Reception staff surly when we arrived and seemed to speak only Spanish. In the morning when we left there seemed to be a family gathering complete with baby behind the counter with little or no attention being...

5 stars purely because the receptionist (also owner I think) was such a nice guy. Ask for Jose. The hotel itself is ok, nothing fancy but clean. Very good value for money. Short walk away from the the Mesquita. All day and free parking is available in their underground car park. Take my advice, if plan to hire/rent a car...

I wouldn't return to the Hotel Mariano as it is badly in need of a major refurbishment. The rooms looked bashed about with paint work scraped and scratched. Beds uncomfortable and bedding looked passed it's best. We had to have a room change as the air-conditioning leaked so badly it soaked the bed beneath it. Opening the bathroom door we...

I cannot find anything good to say other than than one of the bar staff was pleasant, as was the cleaner, apart from this this place is a disaster! The worst part was the fact they didn't want our money in the bar after about 10.30pm, they just wanted to close up and go home, and even went as far...

On the plus side - free parking and about a 10 min walk to historic part of town. The staff were at best indifferent. The room was ok, not very clean but the sheets and towels were. The beds were hard, pillow flat. The bathroom was grim, dirty and missing grout, the water was hot. There is tv. Breakfast in...

This hotel is clearly in need of some overdue renovation. Everything looked old, and it was smelly in the hallways. The pillows were dreadful, the wifi was malfunctioning, and there was no hairdryer in the bathroom. I did not like this hotel. The sole positive was free parking in front of the door, although that was a bit messy as...

Ok. Let's start with the positive. Its was reaspnably clean. The rooms are a reasonable size; there is hot water and the airconditioning works.. It is a 15 minute walk from the historic sites. It is a 10 minute walk to the nearest supermarket ((Lidl) Burger King and other food outlets. There are ample restaurants and bar nearby. There is...

Not much to say that is positive. The location wasn't convenient. The parking was free but in tiny parking spaces underneath the hotel. There was no elevator to the parking. The receptionist did not help me even though I stood there for 15 minutes. Truly a disappointment

Thats about it, this place is cheap and in good place for people who travel by plane or plane and does not have or want to hire a car. You can go walking nearly all the places necessary. We found it worth the money, no luxury or extreem confort but you can not ask it for this price.

Hotel is in good location if you arrive by car like me. I had problems with parking at first (underground garage is quite narrow - so I parked in front of hotel), but finally it was ok. It is within walking distance (and easy to find) to the center, which is very important to me. There are shops nearby, so...
