The manageress Laura, who spoke excellent English having spent a year in Swansea for a year, had a good and helpful attitude. Delightful efficient friendly all male reception staff. English spoken. Lift. Spotless hotel. Comfortable mattress. Bolster pillows only unfortunately. Good powerful shower. I was in room 114 which was very very dark. Bad lighting and noisy from the narrow...

The hotel could not have been better situated with private parking next door and the mosque across the street. Although the hotel is old and would benefit from reform in some areas, it was clean, interesting and fairly comfortable. The staff were helpful. There was external noise at night as it was so close to amenities and no double glazing.....

We were pleased to be able to get a reservation at Hotel Marisa at the last minute and happy that the location seemed perfect: right across the street from the Mezquita Catedral, one of the major sights in the area. The room was fine, the staff were nice, and they were kind enough to hold onto our luggage for a...

Best possible location in Córdoba, directly across the road from the Mezquita, and right in the middle of the old town surrounded by bars, restaurants etc. Rooms fairly basic but comfortable enough. Staff at reception were extremely friendly and helpful, happy to give directions and recommendations, nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellently located right in front of Mosque Cathedral treatment staff at the reception, beauty typical Andalusian patio recommend this hotel for a future visit to Cordoba. Although, in terms of presentation and room refurbishment the room was not up to par with other hotel facilities, all things being a little worn, the bed and sleeping conditions was at a good...

This hotel is full of character and the staff are amazingly helpful. Comfortable, cool and friendly. It was extremely hot when we visited. We could walk just a few steps to the Mezquita an amazing icon and to cafes and restaurants. Although in a busy tourist pedestrian area we were surprised at how quiet it was once in our room.

Everything is effective and clean. Quiet and calming place to stay. In the old city and just beside the mosque. Good alternative to the big and cold chain hotels. The family that runs the place knows what they are doing. Safe place.

This little gem is situated beside the Mosque Cathedral in the heart of the old town. It was originally a private residence but has been converted to a hotel. The welcome was as good as 'the Irish' :-) Enrique spoke excellent English and we were booked in. Our two sons were in a room without air-conditioning and when I returned...

We loved this hotel. Directly opposite the Mezquita and ideally situated for Tapas and restaurants. All attractions are walkable within the city. The hotel was spotless. Our room (113) looked out on a side street opposite a Bodega. The windows were double glazed and had no problem with noise at all. The room was nicely decorated with an excellent bathroom...

A friend and I were in Cordoba for 3 nights. It just happened to be during the Fesitval Of Patios. My room faced the extremely busy street and I had no problem falling asleep to the faint sounds from the street. I thought the windows did their job to diffuse the crowd sounds. The receptionists seemed friendly enough. The rooms...
