We stayed at this hotel in February 2013. It is a very nice hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. We stayed three nights. The first night we spent in a street side room which we found a little noisy. We mentioned this to the staff who promptly upgraded us to a top floor...

we were booked for appartment but we were offered hotel room because there was room. It was advisable for us take the room because the appartments although lovely were a few streets away and had to walk. Parking is not easy but you can park away from hotel in garage especially for hotel. There was an additional cost for this...

We stayed here for 1 night in August 2012 as part of a short side trip to a stay on the Costa del Sol. We were travelling with our 11 month son and this hotel provided excellently for us. Free travel cot and he even got his own little bath robe with ears :-) Our room had a lovely large...

The hotel is located just off the main avenue near to the port in the main part of the city. The hotel was very welcoming, I felt at home as soon as I arrived. Light and airy with character. It has a 2 star rating, but I have seen 4 star hotels that aren’t quite as good as this one....

The staff were very friendly and helpful in this lovely boutique hotel. The location is excellent, in the old part of Cadiz. The train station was about a 10 minute walk. The Museum of Cadiz was about 6-8 minutes away, and the cathedral was about 10-15 minutes away, walking. My husband and I splurged on the suite and did not...

Set in the old town near the port, this is very conveniently situated and that's about all I can see in its favour. The room at the front was small and looked into a very dull little alley and the bar oposite - we could not open the shutters and get past the bed. The bathroom door was very thin...

It is all too sadly evident that the peninsular town of Cadiz has been subjected to the onslaught of cruise ship hordes for some time now. The local people seem to be under siege. Despite this, the staff of the Argantonio could not have been friendlier or more helpful. The rooms in this hotel, which formerly must have been a...

Simply wonderful.Nothing to add to the most recent reviews - including the niggle about TV channels. I did find some English - on a Russian channel. But hey, I didn't go to this fabulous city to watch TV. The staff were all exceptional - as charming as the decor. If they don't have that third star, it is perhaps because...

I confirm all other positive comments written on this super hotel right off the main shopping street in the heart of Cadiz. We had a front 1st floor room overlooking the street which was quiet (this was October). The staff were extremely helpful and the breakfast was excellent together with great coffees. It is perfect for a 2 - 3...

It's small and tall, on a quiet street in the middle of busy Cadiz, which is perfect. The interior is really beautiful and the rooms are arranged around the edge of the building, the staff are friendly and the breakfast is good. You can even eat as early as 7 if you want to. A great place to stay. The only...
