My wife and I with two friends stayed for two nights. The room we had was once used by Charles de Gaule, it was very comfortable with great views over looking the mountains. The staff were very helpful and the restaurant served a variety of good food, this the gardens and the pool all made it a memorable trip.

The common areas of the building and the views are amazing. We were in room 4, which was a bit dated, but was very large and was comfortable. We had doors opening out onto a large shared terrace, which looked out over the ocean. This was perfect for an evening drink! The hotel gardens are beautiful, but they could do...

We booked a one night stay which we regret as it warrants a much longer visit. The place is a magnificent morrish style building on a small hill with great views and only a short walk to the beach and bus to downtown. Staff are lovely and really helpful.

We were more than surprised at the value for money provided by this hotel given its location, beautiful structure both external and internal and lovely staff. We still wonder if they under charged us as we landed on the opening day of the annual Malaga Fiesta where most properties are booked out months in advance yet only paid 130 euro...

Wow what a delightful hotel, we had 3 nights bed and breakfast and enjoyed every minute. The hotel has kept a lot of its old charm and has amazing views of the sea and port. The staff were extremely helpful, the breakfast was lovely with a variety to choose from. The hotel is a good 10-15 min walk to the...

What a hotel...a former castle perched above the city. Wonderful spacious rooms, mine had a sea view. Huge terrace and exquisite garden designed in Moorish style. Staff extremely helpful. Lovely breakfast served in a glorious room. 10 minute walk to the beach, 20 minute walk to centre of the city. Lots of taxis should you not want to walk. Could...

Myself and my Wife were lucky to be invited to a wedding at this venue in May 2016. The venue itself is superb. It is positioned high on a hill above Malaga and has exceptional views of Malaga and the sea. The staff were all very friendly and could not help enough. The food served was a very high standard...

Good choice With only eight rooms available and a very good traditional breakfast included. Absolutely beautiful grounds, that feeling of being back in time and the serenity of the beautifully polished and flowered areas. My only problem was not being made aware of functions and activities that were scheduled during our stay in areas that I wanted to enjoy in...

We stayed at this small historic hotel on our way out of Spain. I wish we had come earlier - it was so delightful. Beautiful views from every window, terraces and the oozing character. Quiet place and good mattress/free wi-fi, huge bathroom. Nice breakfast in the morning in one of the historic rooms. It is a bit out in a...

Stayed here for just one night after a tour of Andalucia. Wished it could have been more. Relaxed friendly staff and a beautiful setting- a substantial building and gardens with numerous places to sit and relax yet only eight rooms. We were upgraded to a suite with large bathroom, comfy beds, decent size towels and quality toiletries including extras like...
