My wife and I spent three nights in a Deluxe room here, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it or visit again if back in Malaga.
The room was large, comfortable, well appointed and very clean. We also had a great view out down to the...More
We really wanted a balcony on a high floor but after waiting about 4 hours we got one on the third floor facing an almost vacant building. So, forget about a balcony as it isn't worth the time or effort.

Any city hotel with a rooftop pool will have limited space so it's hardly surprising it gets busy now and again. We have been going to Molina Lario twice a year for 10 years and never had a problem. This hotel is for the more discerning patron for its near location to the culture and amazing restaurants that Malaga City provides. If people want to lie in the sun all day then I suggest a hotel down the coast towards plastic Spain with kids running around screaming and thousands of sun beds everywhere or take a 15 min walk to the beach over the road past the Port. Molina Lario has been and still is the friendliest and best hotel in Malaga City and gives us everything that we require and I would class us as sunbathers. Have never heard a bad word about Molina Lario, if it doesn't cater to you're specific requirements go somewhere else.
