On arrival we had a good reception but throughout the week of our stay some of the staff were polite and some were rude. I can understand myself and my partner came out of season but fabulous weather for November. Gardens & pool looked beautiful but we went to use the indoor pool as it was cold outside. The pool...

It was a pleasant stay here, the room was clean and comfortable. There were lots of children around, it was noisy during breakfast and at the pool; not suitable if you're looking for a couples holiday. The breakfast offered a wide selection however the same options every day and was often just warm and not fresh. The pastries once or...

Not sure how this is a 4 star hotel - very bad smell in the room; very much like a sewer smell. The furniture is outdated (70's furniture), the doors are very flimsy and look insecure. Sofa bed not comfortable at all. Metal beds (very much like dorms). No kettle. No microwave. Didn't try the facilities, but has a couple...

I was given a duplex apartment and as soon I we opened the door we noticed blood outside the bathroom walls, on the bedroom door, on the bathroom tiles, door frame. The toilet paper holder was very dirty with dust, the room socket was all broken making it very dangerous and there was even shampoo from the previous clients on...

We arrived here at midnight, two young females alone. Greeted isn't the correct word, when we arrived we were grunted at by and old male who directed us down a badly lit, gloomy road on our own which took approximately 10 minutes walk with our luggage. We arrived at what I thought was a chalet, opened the door to a...

We have just came back from a weeks girly holiday. After reading reviews i was expecting a dump but the apartment was nice enough, we weren't in a brand new room, could do with being updated a bit but couldn't complain. Only downside was the maid only came once and we were a €34 trip away from puerto banus or...

A/c didn't work in bed room and cleanliness was just so-so. Location was not great, but understandable as it is not easy to get around Marbella. Honestly did not stay long enough to make an educated opinion, but could tell the bathroom, a/c, and location would have been an issue.
