We stayed here for a week all inclusive with relations, after reading the reviews before we came i must admitt i did have mixed feelings, on arrival the cleanliness of the hotel stuck out a mile, we checked in straight away and i think we came into contact withthe miserable lady people had banged on about, tobe honest she did...

This is a gem of an hotel. Well located, great food, super clean and efficient. Those who do arrive in large groups (stag / hen / celebrations) should just be a little more considerate of families / couples. There was no trouble just very loud shouting and a lot of drinks spilled in the bar. Don't be put off. It's...

I stayed here as a single traveller from 08 February 2015 to 08 March 2015. The check - in process was efficient although the lady on reception was not particularly friendly or personable. The only verbal information which I received from her was that the restaurant opened at 7.00 a.m. for breakfast and at 7.00 p.m. for dinner! My reservation...

First of all I did not stop at this hotel. I was stopping nearby and when I saw an agent advertising A/I for £35 a night I thought I'd check it out with a view to book if OK. As I approached the hotel there was a group of lads leaving singing football songs, fair enough, enjoying their holiday. On entering the hotel...

From reading reviews I was a bit worried but was very pleasantly surprised. The hotel was lovely, well presented, very clean, I found staff very helpful, our room was spacious and clean, good wardrobe space for hanging and drawers, well equipped bathroom. The covered pool was brilliant, going in march we knew the weather might not be great, Monday and...

Just returned from a 5 night stay at the Cervantes, our second stay. After looking at previous reviews I was expecting the hotel standards to have gone down, but I have to say I found them the same as last time I stayed, very good. It's good to see a lot of the same staff as last year, it must...
