Please up date her and bring her back to her elegant self I'm sure people would pay that title bit more to have a 5 star hotel in such a...

Hotel standards are very high in this ideally placed hotel. Reception team very good, food excellent, rooms clean with maid service daily. We stayed all-inclusive January 2015. The only negative was the bar staff who seemed not to care for the all-inclusive guests. They offered very slow service and seemed to resent you when you asked for drinks.

This hotel was clearly a magnificient hotel one time.Today tho' its a low cost high occupancy operation.Staff are simply fantastic, hotel foyer is very nice with free high speed wi-fi , the rooms while not being shabby are starting to show their age. The beds are rather hard tho' and take a little getting used to.We would go back there...
