The staff at the reception were lovely. Hotel is all set up hand sanitizer everywhere and hotel is really clean. The hotel is very strict on mask wearing. We had a junior suite on 6th floor. Large bedroom, large living room and superb shower. Huge big balcony with view over pool, beach and sea. All the staff are really friendly. Good choice of food in the restaurant. Good choice of fish and meats. Great choice of vegetables and salad bar. Ofcourse there is ice cream, fruits and cake, sprinkles etc. Pool bar is open from 10am until midnight. Lounge bar open at tea time. Throughly enjoyed our week stay. Would return to this hotel

Hotel's Favourite
We chose this hotel based on one of our family members staying here many times over the years and recommending it for our holiday. I was abit unsure after reading previous review but it turned out to be FANTASTIC! I booked the package through Jet2 and went All Inclusive as our party group included 2 Children (aged 5 and 1), and we had planned to stay at the hotel throughout the trip (although we ventured our a few nights as there is loads going on). Positives 1. Pools – therr are kids pools and the main big pools. For the size of the hotel, I thought the pools easily accommodated the number of people staying here. The kids pool was quieter and the splash park was nice too 2. All Inclusive drinks were great. Branded drinks such as Bacardi, Jameson and Smirnoff included as well as Gordon's Gin. Draught Beer was ok but no real issue. 3. Food options I found were very good for Breakfast and Lunch. Breakfast included cereals, bacon, egg, sausage, fresh omelettes and pancakes as well as the usual continental breakfast options. Lunch similar to Dinner was good too, with hot show cooking for meats, then other food options as well as a kids corner. They also made fresh pizza for our table which was very nice. We did eat out twice (many beach restaurants are walking distance). Also there is a snack bar open from 1pm to around 6pm which did toasties, burgers, hot dogs, then cakes and coffee/tea 4. We had a Family Suite and it was perfect! Two separate bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with a balcony overlooking the main pool. 5. Entertainment for Kids was great. Mini disco every night from 9.30pm and then a show from 10pm until 11pm. My son really enjoyed the disco and then the Lion King Show. 6. Pool entertainment was also great, from aqua gym to pool party/dancing 7. Kids Arcade / Go Karts were great way to keep kids entertained too 8. Location is bang on. Right opposite the beach, and a short walk away from all the main shops, supermarkets, etc. 9. Cleanliness was 10/10. Our room was cleaned every day at around 10am as we left for breakfast. I also noticed they cleaned the pool area and the pool itself every morning. 10. Hotel staff were also very helpful, our checking was very quick (although on some days I noticed long queues), and checkout was quick too. Negatives Not really many negatives but maybe small picky things I could draw upon were: 1. Pool Towels were 10eur deposit each but as long as you returned you got money back 2. You have to give 50eur for the safe as deposit (again refundable) 3. Kettle was 6EUR a night, so 35EUR in total for me, and it was needed due to travelling with a baby. I thought this should not have been a charged service, but it should be deposit and returned similar to the Pool Towel/Room Safe scenario 4. Cups for drinks were paper style but then we had plastics too and I preferred the plastics as the paper style ones just got soggy 5. Room key/Card kept wiping clean if it was near a mobile which was a pain! Meant getting one made every other day! Other than that, I would definitely return to the hotel! If this is how they were operating during the covid period, I think it would be more or less faultless in normal times! I also loved the fact you could just get a drink before you left the hotel via the Beach exit, which allowed us to get a drink ready to walk with! If you are looking for a family hotel with things to do nearby, I would certainly recommend this hotel! Kids loved the pool and even though they state the pool closes at 7pm, people were in there long after that time. For a 4 star hotel, I would say its more 4.5 to be honest!

Excellent location and only 15 minutes from the airport. The hotel is just across the road from the beach. We felt absolutely safe in the hotel with the covid rules and protocol in place. There always seemed to be somebody cleaning. The food in the restaurant was first class with so much choice. The family suite was superb overlooking the beach. The swimming pools were large but a little on the cold side but with the bonus of an indoor heated pool we were able to swim everyday. We enjoyed our stay so much we have already booked for next year

First time staying at this hotel and we absolutely loved it. We had a top floor room with a gorgeous side sea view it was just perfect in every way. We always slept with the patio doors slightly ajar so we could hear the sea. The hotel is spotless and so clean in fact I rarely take a bath in a hotel (always a shower) but the bathroom was so clean I had a lovely relaxing bath one evening reading and listening to the sounds of the waves. We were room only so can’t comment on the food but the service at the caribe bar was second to none. Headed up by the lovely Pedro with a wonderful friendly team including Miguel Angel, Francesco, Alfonso and others. They service at the bar was spot on and they had a great selection of drinks and again the area was always spotless. We loved exploring the playamar area and found some great restaurants and bars nearby and a nice walk into torremolinos and not to expensive to get Ubers to Benalmadena and trains to fuengirola and such like. Thank you everyone for making our holiday so special in fact it was so great we’ve already booked for next august.

We come here every year and never disappointed, staff are lovely and so friendly. Pedro Bomilla was especially attentive and made our stay special as did the management. The hotel felt safe and clean the staff couldn’t do more, i actually felt safer at the hotel than I did at home in England! We are looking forward to going back in June. Pete, Marissa and Lydia
