It was a cheeky unexpected holiday in November. Hotel very large situated on the beach front . The hotel itself and social areas where spotless. All covid regulations where very much in force and made us feel very safe. Our room was very nice with a small lounge area and bedroom, and very clean. Food and choice was plentiful and variety was good. Specialist restaurant was also nice. Check in was very manic though with long queues but again this was probably due to the high volumes of flights that arrived at the same time and covid restrictions, however our room was ready ahead of the schedule. The facilities in the room unfortunately was a disappointment and I do however take some of the blame no tea and coffee facilities, which was a big miss but I have stayed in other Rui hotels and that was the same, so on balance I should of known but I do think it’s a given in this day and age. There was a bar at nearly the other side of the hotel which was open to get it but when my husband went there was no staff. We did eventually got a coffee by him actually helping himself naughty I know, but by the time he came back it was clay cold. There should be help yourself coffee and tea machine around the hotel. Fridge in room but only water provided. However great little shop over the road which was great for snacks ect . The transfer was great 10 mins however the wait in a bus for nearly 1 hour was annoying. The rep we had was a lady he name escapes me but she was ok a little patronising on the bus when telling us she had written a baby guide on how to complete our locator forms in and if we didn’t turn up for her welcome meeting then we where basically on our own. We never go to welcome meetings but I’ve never heard of a tui rep telling us we are on our own, however didn’t need her and we did see a tui rep on and around the hotel and he was chatting away to people and saw us off on the coach back, he seemed nice. Overall hotel was lovely staff where lovely. I would recommend this hotel.

Hotel's Favourite
We booked a 5 day stay here as our previous visit to this was cut short due to restrictions in Spain, It was an all inclusive relaxing few days by the poolside and nearby beach areas. Amador and Mario at reception were very helpful. We were upgraded for free to a suite. Victor the handyman came quickly to fix the safe which was faulty , Bed was extremely comfortable ,food was good quality and varied. We will return.

Fabulous Hotel. Great staff, great entertainment, fantastic food (Andalusian restaurant is amazing, never made it to Italian restaurant) and drink. Hotel was spotlessly clean and of course Covid restrictions are in place, but that never bothered us. We had never been to this area of Spain, but believe me we will be back. Gary the Tui Rep was fantastic too.

We have stayed at this hotel several times and felt it a safe choice to dip our toes into international travel again. We were not disappointed as all staff and other guests were very covid aware. The hotel is being cleaned over and over again in public areas. Rooms are also well scrubbed! It got increasingly quieter whilst we were there and it is quickly approaching the winter closure period for the hotel. The Italian and Spanish restaurants closed the day after we arrived. The main restaurant reduced the amount of serving counters but not the large choice of dishes. Fresh and tasty salads, meat, fish, vegetarian, pastas, deserts and soups. It was sunny enough to sit by the pool as long as we sort shelter from the strong breeze. We requested a sunny room and reception kindly gave us a suite with a sunny balcony from sunrise to sunset and it was out of the breeze. We didn't watch any of the entertainment as we prefer a quiet drink in the reception area. It was very quiet in there some evenings but this suited us fine. Gary, our rep was excellent at reassuring everyone especially when Boris suddenly announced the change to pcr tests. Tui changed our return flight number and time but again Gary stepped in and chased up new pick up times. We witnessed him offering to sit with people whilst they did their uk locator forms. Reception were happy to print off any paperwork if it was sent to their inbox. Great service. We would not hesitate to visit this hotel again and hope to return soon.
