I was not impressed with this hotel. The reception staff looked scruffy and unshaven, seemingly spoke no English or Italian and made no effort to help communication. The room seemed dark and uninviting. The hotel is on a street with limited vehicle access - I don't think I should have driven through it. It was difficult to stop to unload... More

Nice hostel on the 3rd floor of the building situated inside the old city, 5 min walk from Granada cathedral, 15 min walk from Alhambra. Seems to be recently renovated, with comfortable clean rooms and working and not-to noisy A/C. Many restaurants around. Unfortunately, staff does not speak much English - the guy who invited us at check-in was friendly,... More

I stayed there 1 night and I've been bitten many times by bed bugs unfortunately. That ruined my trip in Granada. Moreover, the guy at the reception told me that he will refund my night and he did the opposite and charged me anyway. What a nice guy ! Don't stay there, otherwise you will have to cure for a... Booked a room for 2 nights to visit Alhambra. Arrived (after a battle with Granada's terrible one way system) to be pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the room. There was an en-suite bathroom and wifi(although it went down for a while, it was soon sorted out) If you are looking for a cheap place to stay that won't make... More

A small entrance with a lift to the third floor. We were greeted by an older Spanish man who looked a bit fed up, so we were a bit sceptical at first. We were shown to our room which was very spacious with two double beds. It was very clean and so was the bathroom. The location is central so... More

Stayed here for 2 nights. A clean room with proper beds. The hallway was somewhat echoing, some other guests woke me up. If you just want a basic, clean place to stay, it's a good place at walking distance from Plaza Nueva (5 minutes) and Alhambra (approx. 30 minutes.).

I've stayed here many times...it's very central -- 10 mins stroll from the cathedral, and the same from the University. It is extremely friendly, clean and safe. It is very well priced and is on c/ Elvira where there are many small traditional bars and cafes. The place is a little old and basic however if you want somewhere up-market... More

Hospitable and friendly staff. They don't speak English but they are willing to help. We stayed 8 days in a double room with a private bathroom. On our way back from Sevilla we wanted to stay there one more night but the owner forgot to book it for us. He compensated it with a very comfortable room for lower rate.... More

I spent 1 night and then moved to the first floor that had a hostal with better services for the same money! Staff had many problem with English language and there were other guests who made me a bit uncomfortable and insecure at the very first moment. I liked the wooden windows in the room. Rooms were good and warm... More

I stayed two nights at this disgusting hotel and was glad to check out. The hotel is really disgusting. There's a smell and it is not clean. At arrival I was welcomed with a toilet which was not cleaned! Thank you very much. The towels are old and in need of change. The showercurtain smelled awfull. The room was dark... More
