I love this hotel. The room, staff and location are all perfect. The rooms are bright, modern and clean. The location is very central. The staff were delightful. This hotel deserves a 6 star rating. I can't wait to visit again.

We stayed here for 2 nights and overall it was good! I wouldnt call it a 5 star hotel buy very nice nonetheless. TIP: make sure you dont get the rooms near any exit doors - they are SUPER loud when slamming. We were mooshed from an early rise to see the alhambra and wanted to take a nap and...

the whole hotel lacked any character and was very dirty in communal areas. all of our rooms had no doors to the bathrooms which seems very strange. lots of the fittings in the bathrooms came off of the wall and the shower was only ever luke warm. the aircon was very noisy as the hotel is on the road at...

What can I say. Great hotel, fabulous position comfortable and clean rooms but most of all really friendly happy staff. I booked via bookings.com and am very pleased with the whole experience. The carpark nearby is Good for vehicles to 2.1m high however a Q7 just about gets around the tight bends with some white knuckle experiences but overall a...

This hotel was a disappointment. Our room was quite nice on the surface but poorly maintained and unsfficiently cleaned. The safe did not work as there were no batteries... Very noisy on first floor facing the street. Paper thin walls to the next room. But worst of all was the lack of a proper door to the bathroom. Not acceptable...

Prior to arrival we called the hotel to book us tickets for the alhambra because on the internet it was sold out. They arranged us everything with a tour guide and including transport. The staff was really nice and helpful throughout the entire stay. There's always fresh water at the entrance and some sweets and apples, which is really nice...

Initially, this hotel feels a little out of it but in fact it is well located for easy access to the Cathedral, which is visible from some rooms, including ours, and the other attractions in Granada. The cathedral is just a short walk away as are the lovely enchanting little alleyways full of tourist shops. Check in was swift and...

Perfectly located, very friendly staff but the hotel is pretty downridden. We booked a superior room. The furniture is old and pretty much fell apart, bulbs burned out, breakfast rather meager. A three star hotel in disguise of five stars. We moved to the junior suite, which was better but of course more expensive.

It was the first time in Granada. The hotel is very good located for visiting the city. it's a 5 minute walk of the cathedral and 15 min form the Alhambra. The room was clean and there was enough space. The persons on the reception where very helpfull. The breakfast in the mamamia restaurant was good, but certainly not 5...
