The hotel is well positioned for Alhambra and for the city. Walking, or bus or taxi all very easy. Excellent buffet breakfast all good quality and fresh. Rooms are quite small but perfectly adequate for purpose Excellent helpful staff at reception. Price decent value for money. Trying to sit in the evening on the terrace overlooking the city with a...

The hotel has a superlative site on the Alhambra hill overlooking the city and conveniently next to the Alhambra palaces themselves. Its public rooms and spaces are absolutely beautiful and maintained to the highest standards, scrupulously clean, gleaming! The bedrooms are spotless too, the housekeeping staff charming and facilities modern (apart from too few electric sockets for gadgets). The bar...

Our visit was much too short. We had only one day in Granada. We stayed in the Alhambra Palace for the night. The views from our room, and also from the dining room, were incredible. The Hotel itself is fantastic and it is in one of the really great locations, overlooking the beautiful city of Granada. I would highly (pun...

This a long overdue review of this hotel when we stayed here last year. At first, we were given a small room in which the AC didn't seem to work. We waited 5 hrs for the room to cool down (this was at peak of heat season in August) and the room was still warm after the staff told us...

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the historic and eccentric Hotel Alhambra Palace. We found the staff to be beyond accommodating, getting us in to a tour of the Alhambra when tickets were all sold our for days in advance. The views from the terrace roof/bar were far beyond beautiful; we couldn't stop taking pictures. We enjoyed a fantastic meal in...

I stayed 2 years ago and loved it. this time I was in a twin room with a balcony overlooking the town. perfect for evening sundowners in your room. We had tapas twice in the bar on the balcony which were really good and reasonably priced. The location is super as we drove to the hotel without getting lost -...

This hotel is beautiful. A bit worn but the atmosphere is very nice. The views from the balcony of the bar are spectacular and a wonderful place to have a drink. The staff is definitely on Spanish time, so be patient and relax. The rooms are very comfortable and of a size to be expected in Europe. The location is...

We stayed at the hotel to soak up the ambience of a bygone area. It's a beautiful hotel in a fabulous location overlooking Granada and next door to the Alhambra. To enjoy a relaxing drink on the balcony of the hotel bar at sunset is a special experience. However, we took one look at the food menu and headed out...

The hotel is close to Alhambra, but you will need to walk down to the village to dinner, then walk or taxi back. Also, the photos are really outdated. The hotel is tired. Needs to be updated badly. My room smelled like smoke. The bar was overpriced. My sandwich had a hair on it. They didn't seem surprised or sorry...
