This hotel was a mixed bag. Overall, I don't believe that I would stay there again. The Good: - The hotel was clean, modern and comfortable - Rooms were of a very nice size and well stocked with amenities (safe, toiletries, extra pillows and blankets, clock, etc.) - The location was excellent The Bad: - I went to the hotel...

The staff were extremely helpful. Arrived late by car and were stopped by a policeman on the corner of Plaza de la Trinidad, who walked with my friend to the hotel, a few seconds away, while I stayed in the car. Two members of staff came and took the luggage, and one came with me to direct me to the...

The hotel was in the middle of everything. Just 3 minute walk and your at the bus stop to take you to Alhambra Palace. Many restaurants near by and the Arab bazaar was great and walking distance. Receptionist was super friendly.

This smallish hotel is very well located in the centre of Granada's old city adjacent to Plaza De La Trinidad. The building is old but fully modernised, nicely decorated and very comfortable - though the beds were a little firm for me. We were on the 2nd floor with a balcony, which in Spain can mean you get a lot...

I had written the hotel that we would be arriving early, asking if they could store our luggage upon arrival, and I also requested, if possible, a room with a balcony. We arrived around 10:00 and our room, with a balcony facing the square was ready and waiting! It was a delightful room with two twin beds together, wood floor,...

Great location on the edge of the old town near lots of cafes, the cathedral and easy walk to Alhambra; good breakfast, too with lots of options. Hotel was clean, simple and room was nice, but the bed was awful...you could feel the springs through the mattress. Room faced the square so lots of atmosphere and a lovely window view,...

Rooms are bland and modern with excellent bathroom Breakfast OK but like many hotels the breakfast room was a bit warm. Service from front desk was great - when we booked we received an email asking us if we would like tickets to Alhambra which...

The hotel was very inexpensive considering it was in the middle of everything in Granada. It is well decorated and the breakfast is delicious! I have no complaints about it, it's a 5 minute walk from any direction, it's near the Granada Cathedral, a walk away from the Arab- Morrocan markets which are a must see and also near all...

Love it every time we stay. modern accommodations with crisp clean white sheets, nice toiletries and American TV, among other things. Discounted parking just a few blocks away. Showers are amazing! The room comes with a fridge and a safe.

It is very close the the central cathedral of the city and there are lots of restaurants, markets near the hotel. The room was good enough. The breakfast is also good with fresh orange juice. There isn2t a parking place near hotel, you should walk 5-10 minutes.

“Request a room that does not face the square - there was noise at all hours coming from the square that kept us awake both nights.”

“One little niggly thing. In the wardrobe, there is normally a section with drawers and a shelf, and next to it a a full length section to hang your clothes. The shelf went all the way across, the whole wardrobe, instead of just half way, therefore dresses and skirts did not hang down straight. They hung over the shelf. Suggest this shelf is cut away.”
