Firstly as others have said, the hotel can be a little difficult to find, particularly as there are local road closures, we had to speak nicely to the local police to drive our car against the traffic when the road was closed. . . . Anyway, really friendly, helpful staff. Room was lovely, no tea or coffee facilities (but that's...

A nice hotel extremely well located, at the centre of e everything. It was very hard to drive to due to the one way system in Granada and I ended up using a lot of bus lanes! Would I have updated the Satnav, it may have been easier. I was sent directions by the hotel but they were s lot...

The best of the hotel is the location in the centre of the city. The hotel still also stands out for the kindness of the staff. The weak points were the broken things in the room, one towel rail in the bathroom and one door handle in the closet. It is important to take care of these small details.

We booked two rooms during New Years Eve at the last minute. Best parts of this hotel are the location (perfectly central), the front desk associates (esp Alberto and Mario who are efficient and super helpful) and the beds (very comfortable mattresses). Also good is the breakfast for 8 euros, lobby area with bar and Apple computers. The downside of...

This hotel is a super central location in Grenada, lovely and clean with a great breakfast and a mini city pool on the roof with fabulous views. It was a bit over priced considering the simplicity of the room and the lack of 'extras' like nice toiletries etc.

Perfect location (a walking distance to Cathedral, Corral del Carbón, Carrera del Darro, Albaicín and Plaza Isabel, where you can take the shuttle to Alhambra). A very kind and helpful staff. Parking was very useful. Recently renovated building. Rooms are a bit tiny, but still comfortable. Be aware if you will come driving a car. The main access to hotel...

My husband and I were so pleased by this hotel. We stayed for 3 nights during our honeymoon. The location was great and walkable. We found many great spots just around the corner (don't miss the bar at the end of the street!) The hotel staff was very helpful with good enough English to help make your reservations and answer...

The hotel is in city centre, close to restaurants and only a few hundred meters from where the Alhambra bus (C3) starts. The room was good, the beds comfortable and the bathroom clean and spacious. They serve a comprehensive buffet breakfast. There is parking on the premises, but only for small cars. Alternatives exist at another hotel in the same...

For the price we paid we were very happy. Front desk was very helpful. Used the nice Apple computers in the lobby. Slept well there and the room was nice and clean. We didn't do breakfast there and definitely don't book it for the pool as it's very small but not a concern for us. Thanks Hotel Granada Five Senses!

Situated on the Gran Via de Colon, although the entrance to the hotel and its underground garage are in the Placeta del Pulgar, is highly recommended for its position near the Cathedral and its proximity to most of the interesting places in Granada. The staff are extremely pleasant and helpful and did everything to make our stay, in October, successful....
