Lovely hotel, with amazing location. Clean and comfortable. I loved the breakfast! You can freely walk on foot to the congress center. Friendly staff. If having windows on the front street may be a bit loud if keeping a window open (restaurant & bars downstairs) but the airco works efficiently so keeping window closed is a good opp especially on...

Good location, clean, modern. Friendly, helpful bilingual staff; willing to spend time with first time visitors to help us get our bearings and plan our sightseeing over the next few days. Would stay again.

BEautiful hotel, well maintained and clean. Ideal location in the centre, close to sights and stops for the City Tour Road Train. Rooms on the 6th floor are lovely and serviced twice daily. The downside is Garbos restaurant. The food is dreadful, service was dreadful Starters arrived an hour after ordering. Wine 15 mins to get from the reception! Do...

Agreeable, well located modern hotel on a quiet street in downtown Granada. Rooms were good, if a little tight and not particularly special. Fairly good buffet breakfast. Garbo is an attractive bar on the premises. We found the service to be somewhat variable but generally quite helpful. Walking distance to downtown attractions. It's a long but pleasant walk to the...

Lovely central hotel - great breakfast but very frosty reception staff took 20 minutes to check in and any help requested for local restaurants / taxis was given begrudgingly - "we are very busy" when waiting 40 minutes for a taxi quote. But the staff at the bar made up for that in spades. Great tapa's (free) and really friendly....

We stayed here as part of a group tour of Spain . Our room was small and extremely dated as was the bathroom ( we were in the aforementioned rabbit hutch for three nights) . The dining room staff were very good and worked hard but this was of necessity as our first breakfast was a nightmare with groups all...

Great mini-gym (I guess, from what I saw from the elevator's window), but not opened until 11:00 in the morning!!!!! ... and all guests seeing you in the gym every time they use the elevator. Unaceptable. Friendly receptionist, but with tied hands to do what I asked for (use the gym in the morning). Room is good enough, a bit...

I’ll start with the good bit. The Melia Hotel in Granada serves up a great breakfast. That’s the end of the good bit. It also has some of the most atrocious, overpriced rooms I have ever experienced. We had booked in for four nights in September but managed to get time off for good behaviour and escaped after three. Here’s...

We stayed at the hotel last week 10th to 13th October. We had a standard room which was adequate and spotlessly clean. The staff were excellent and most helpful. The food was very good in both restaurants and we particularly liked Garbo's in the evening. The cocktails made by Peter were fabulous. It was our birthdays whilst we were there...

The hotel is in a good, central location. Rooms are average at best and both the bathroom and bedroom, though clean, were in need of modernisation. On the plus side, the air con worked brilliantly (it was boiling hot in Andalucia, even in mid-October when we visited) and we had the largest bed I think I've ever slept in. Perhaps...
