This hotel in central of Granada is well located opposite a large department store and near to the Square where most of the shops and tourist are. Hotel is also quaintly decorated and looks rather nice at the lobby. However, it's the rooms that are really worn out. The springs on the beds are soft from overused and the room...

A pretty good hotel not outstanding but it has everything you need. the rooms are very clean and well equipped, the staff are also very polite and helpful. We chose not to have breakfast here as the hotel is almost next to an outstanding patisserie where we had some delicious pastries and coffee. It is very central to all the highlights...

Rooms are great - many with balconies. Elevators are a little bumpy and slow. Market is across the street in a department store. Breakfast and dinner buffet is excellent. We stayed there with a tour. Location is excellent. We would stay here again.

Great place for walking around the city. Close to various venues and excellent restaurants bars in the area. Walking distance to the Cathedral, a walk to the Alhambra is feasible depending on how long you walk around the 'Al'.

My husband and I stayed one week. We had a twin room for 2 people, which means 2 twin beds next to each other. The hallway to the rooms winds around corners, which helps block the sounds of other rooms. The closet included hanging space, shelves and personal safe and small fridge. We converted our plan to include breakfasts, after...

Stayed two nights while on tour to Granada and Mijas/Córdoba. Rooms were efficient but too warm. Hall windows and bedroom windows open made it bearable on our last night. Adjusting temp/fan controls had no effect. Buffet provided was fine, lots of choice. Wine before dinner at the bar was great, friendly and attentive bartender.

I was told this is a 4 star hotel but it was very basic. Plain but clean. It was quiet. My favorite part was the amazing view from the rooftop terrace. I'm sure in warmer months the terrace with the pool would be wonderful to enjoy. However, the room itself was just average.

We got a bargain because we joined their frequent customer club so we got value for money. It is an impersonal hotel that could be anywhere in the world with easy parking and great location if you don't mind walking some. For example 30 min to Alhambra, 10 min to the Cathedral. Breakfast ok, but if I would have paid...

This is an OK hotel. The location is great - across from El Corte Ingles - a wonderful department store with restaurant and supermarket inside. When I checked in there was a group also checking in and small children, with there parents who were running and sliding on the polished floors - it was amazing no one was knocked down...

In a very great location. We could get to all the hot spots with a quick stroll. The staff was very helpful and service was spot on. The hotel was clean and rooms very nice.. one drawback was noise level in the hallway you could hear a lot!!
