Stayed 1 x night in March 2016, found hotel to be very pleasant, about 10 minute walk to Granda centre with all its lovely buildings, shops, bars. Amazingly most bars offer really good free tapas with a drink. Hotel is a five minute drive from the famous Alhambra and about 30 min drive to the Sierra Nevada ski resort. The...

Old fashioned hotel with small rooms, noisy and of course much lower than 4 starts. Maybe 20 years ago, but not nowadays. If you look for such a quality, forget this option. Good location if it is not too crowded. The parking was complete and we had to park our car 20min walking from the hotel.

The hotel is in a quiet location, but within walking distance from Alhambra palace and town centre. However, the family suit was very congested and staff at reception were not particularly helpful. We were made to wait for a long time at the time of check in and staff spoke in a way which gave an impression that they "don't...

I stayed here for two nights with friends at the start of January 2016. There was quite a lot of rain in Granada around this time, and evidently the hotel’s structure has seen better days, because there were multiple leaks in the roof in the lobby, and numerous containers were placed haphazardly around the room to catch the water. The...

Pre booked our stay, and was very disapointed to find out that the Spa we paid for was closed. There was no Hot water in our room, and to top that at 06,30 woking up by cleaners and customers banging doors. Never again will stay there.

The hotel has a private parking, 16 euros a day more or less. We stayed in the room 607, amazing!! Huge room, great views from our balcony and... a Jacuzzi tub!!! Yohoo!!! The hotel is in walking distance to the center, Alhambra palace, 20 min walk to the Parque of Sciences, great place to spend all day with the kids!...

The room wifi was really poor. Mine did not work at all but other family members managed to find a signal. Our room was quite spacious with a nice view overlooking the rooftops. Rooms were ship n shape. We left too early to breakfast. Good value, even though for a longer stay the missing wifi would have been annoying.

The hotel have fun interior decorations and my stay was very pleasant. The food there was pretty good too. I was there with a tour and I wish I knew there was a spa so I could have gotten a foot massage or something. The place is not the closest distance to the city center, but for the price I...

We simply loved it here in the art nouveau, wisteria entwined hotel. Rooms were good but it's the public rooms like the cafe, dining room and pool that are gorgeous. Wanted to stay for a week! What a place to explore Granada (the jewel of Spain) from!

The room was gorgeous with a 4 poster bed and a jacuzzi bath in the corner, very spacious and pretty. The hotel itself is like a slightly faded film set of a grand hotel, which is something I like. Breakfast was a good enough buffet, nothing special but adequate. DInner was a little odd, it was also a buffet but...
