Very quaint. The great advantage is that you are inside the grounds of Alhambra. The hotel will park the car for you once you arrive. If you can retreive your tickets for Alhamba the night before, you can walk the 100 meters to enter the site. A short walk downhill from the hotel is a bus stop for A3 that will...

The Hotel America is within the grounds of the Alhambra which makes it very convenient. It is an older, quaint hotel with lots of character. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I had a single room that was quite small, but I didn't spend much time in the room since we were there to explore the Alhambra and Granada....

Driving to the hotel is very interesting because you will drive your car (if you get there this way) right onto the property. You are literally behind the walls of the Alhambra. The hotel is very much a bed and breakfast but with distinct advantages. If visiting the Alhambra, and you want lunch or dinner this will be one of...

This small, boutique hotel is perfect for a romantic stay right next to (in) the Alhambra palace complex. The rooms are small, but cozy, and the bathrooms are comfortable. We had a small terrace looking out to green vines and spring buds. The staff is friendly, and it is a great place to start when exploring some parts of the...

What can I say the location is brilliant. Staff were good, but seemed to be too few when the restaurant was busy. The room was OK but now what one might expect for the price paid. As said it's all about the location and if you want to be in the grounds of the Alhambra this is one of the...

Great location, right next the the Granada parador and you can stay here for less than half the price and still walk to the Alhambra. Not as nice as the Parador but worth the difference in price. The restaurant is also good and the surroundings although not as historical are still decent.

This little one star hotel is right on the grounds of the Alhambra which is it's main selling point. Truthfully, it has a bit of a Fawlty Towers vibe with lots of frenetic running to and fro and constant bickering between the staff. This was actually part of it's charm for me. My room was a single and is common...

We enjoyed our 2 nights here very much, but it may not be for everyone. PROS: It is the ONLY hotel inside the grounds of the Alhambra complex except for the very expensive (and rather impersonal) Parador. The room was very clean and charmingly rustic. The patio was gorgeous, the breakfast (and breakfast room!) was lovely--you feel special when hordes...

Thank you very much for your comment. We are really happy you enjoyed your staying with us. Just notice you something, we don´t have a parking as we are inside the monument but we offer our guest a Valet and parking service. So they will forget any problem with their car. This has been a new service and most of...

Popped into the Hotel America into its courtyard restaurant while we were visiting the Alhambra, The courtyard is very atmospheric, filled with curios. The manager gave us details of the hotel which looked really quaint and really central. Will return.
