Cuevas was amazing! My wife and I loved it. Carol was very informative and calming. just a pleasure to work with. The setting is very romantic and exclusive as there are only five caves on the property. Just a fantastic experience.

At first, I was concerned about staying in a cave paranoid about the claustrophobic feeling, but since it had always been a dream of mine, I took a chance. It was one of the most incredible stays in Spain I´v ever had. This beautiful cave in Sacromonte is completely renovated, clean, cool, rustic, cozy. There is a terrace right outside...

The 'cave' hotel room / space was cool when we arrived on a hot (36 C) day mid-afternoon. The English-speaking receptionist was especially helpful, courteous, kind, informative and soothing after a difficult search for this hotel's location. My recommendation is to carefully and slowly follow the instructions given to you by the hotel to find this hotel. Also, look out...

This stay was awesome! The cave is a little suite that was spacious, cool without blasting air conditioning, quiet, and we had such a great time! Check in was easy, as we emailed an approximate arrival time and was promptly greeted. The cave has a little kitchen with glasses for drinking wine/beverages and some light cooking if you really wanted...

What a place, the people are genuine the atmosphere is laid back, however what a climb to the caves and everywhere else. One to experience and would go back again. Short walk or bus ride into the town and see the flamenco dancing, restaurants are great and the views from St Nicholas square are amazing. The cave was very clean...

Such a gorgeous place to stay in the heart of old Granada. The view of the Alhambra from just a few steps away from the entrance was unbeatable. We booked two caves for our group of 6 and both were perfectly equipped, comfortable and relaxing. Unfortunately when we were there the weather was rubbish and so we did not get...

This is all about 'the experience' - of cave house living in the Sacromonte area, steeped with history and charm, and wonderful views. It is, as others have said, a little difficult to find (although the directions we were given were comprehensive) and up a steep and cobbled road, More importantly, it is a charming cluster of 5 cave houses...

Really great accommodation in a wonderful location. Everything about this accommodation impressed me. Communication with staff before our arrival was easy. It is not luxurious but absolutely charming. Not for anyone unstable on their feet but a really great option otherwise.

Perfect location and unusual accommodation, these caves are a wonderful choice for a stay in the city of Granada. The area of Sacromonte is very attractive with narrow maze like cobbled streets and views which are sensational. Each one of the cave rooms is simply furnished with basic kitchen and en-suite. Outside there is a long narrow patio area in...

Extraordinary location--and there's no doubt this is a 5 in my estimation--but this is not a luxury lodge for pampering. First, las Cuevas are eye level across the valley from the Alhambra and Generalife--do not miss walking 50 feet up the hill at night to see them. The hosts were gracious, informative, and unobtrusive--the office is in the center of...
