The 16th-century Palacio De Santa Ines, in the Unesco World Heritage Albayzín district, is a 5 minute walk from Granada Cathedral. Crossing the small hall at the entrance, visitors will be fascinated by the courtyard beauty because of its fountain, columns, balustrades and in particular, of Renaissance frescos painted.

Charming hotel with beautiful decor. Well located. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice rooms with comfortable bed and fluffy towels. Plenty of electrical outlets. Would definitely stay here again and recommend. Near river and below the Alhambra.

Hotel's Favourite
What a great hotel. Right in the heart of Granada in the Albayzin area and with a view from our bedroom of the Alhambra that is second to none. The staff were all excellent and were very helpful too. Breakfast, for us, was an extra €10 each but it was well worth it. If we return to Granada I would have no hesitation in staying here again.

Excellent hotel, in great location, exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Good varied breakfast. Atmospheric entrance adds to the ambience of this old but well maintained hotel. Really enjoyed my stay.

Great location in the Albaicín quarter, with lots to do close-by. Very helpful and friendly staff that will give you advice and recommendations on the area as well as local history. The room was cleaned frequently and to a high standard and a large selection of self-serve food is available for breakfast.

Very interesting building. Perfect location. Staff was wonderful. Good breakfast in the morning. It was somewhat of a surprise that you can't access the building without climbing steps. However, the steps are pretty easy to manage. Additionally, they called a Taxi to come to the reception to get out luggage. The beds were not as comfortable as they could have been.

Very, very disappointed with our stay in late April. From the moment we arrived, things were not as expected. There is a fairly steep climb of about a dozen steps over old cobblestones. To be expected when staying in the Albacin district. However there is no mention of this anywhere and it was difficult with a number of large bags. We may have chosen elsewhere had we known. The hotel is really old, run down looking and not well maintained, no way deserving of a 3-star rank. The room we got was not very clean and very cramped. To their credit we were well accommodated with a much better room. But here too the bathroom sinks leaked around the edges onto the benchtop and never drained properly. And the housekeeping was really poor, the room barely cleaned (the bottoms of my slippers, only worn inside, were filthy after a few days walking on the tile floor!). Promised amenities were MIA and what was provided was poor quality. The bed and pillows were relatively comfortable but very poorly made up by housekeeping. The breakfast is a great deal at 10 Euro but you really get what you pay for. Bread rolls were often stale, ham was dry, hot food unappealing. And much of the cutlery was not washed properly. And the wait staff were surly and unhelpful. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead if 1 is that the front desk staff were wonderful. Especially Aaron! Aaron always had a big smile and friendly greeting, couldn’t be more helpful with restaurant recommendations (all good ones!) and any other information we asked about. The hotel is in a great location but this old gal needs some serious work on facilities and staff training to come back up to standard. Except Aaron - keep him and give him a raise!

Dear Zsuzsanna 622 First of all, we would thank you for taking your time to review us after your recent visit. We are feeling sorry to know that your stay was not the expected. Regarding the access, the Hotel is situated in the ALBAYCIN quarter, it is a pedestrian area where most of the streets have steps. Taxis reach the main street close to the hotel and you have few steps to climb. Staff are always pleased to help carrying the luggage at the check in and check out. Referring to the cleaning service, all the rooms are conscientiously cleaned by our house maid service and seriously inspected by an experienced housekeeper governess. Lack of cleanliness is inconceivable. You should have informed reception desk about all the defects that you supposedly detected during the three- days stay at the hotel, the staff would be eager to consider your complaint. Our Buffet includes a large variety of fresh products. Bakery products and pastries are daily delivered, cakes are hand made every day in the hotel. Hot food is varied every day. Our aim is to please the taste of all our customers. We are sorry that it did not meet your expectations. You should have not had breakfast every day at the hotel if you did not like the products offered. We are really surprised to read your review regarding the staff- All the Departments, from housekeeping, Buffet, reception etc. make their best to welcome and help all our guests. We are so sorry to know that you did get this impression from them. Our customer service is one of the most reviewed by all the customers. This fact is evidenced by the widely commented messages in the net. We would like to thank you for your time and we hope that you continue enjoying your holiday in Spain Best regards Customer Department Service

Location is perfect for accessing Alambra, hop on bus, taxis, bars & restaurant. 16th century hotel full of charm. Satisfying breakfast, plenty of choice, great coffee. All staff friendly and helpful. Hotel spotlessly clean. Highly recommend.

Fantastic location and incredibly helpful staff. The room and overall setting was delightful. Only comment I'd make is that if you are arriving later in the day it may be challenging for a taxi to get near to the hotel because of the crowds on the closest road but perhaps that was just because it was Easter week! But any slight inconvenince is well worth it!

We stayed during Holy Week and expected some noise with the crowds and a full hotel. Surprisingly had very quiet nights and comfortable sleep. Generous room size was great for family of four. Had breakfast each morning and there’s a great assortment to choose. The hotel is perfectly located near walking distance up to Al Hambra, Sacromonte or Plaza Nueva. Loved our stay!

We were disappointed in this hotel. While our deluxe room did have a view of the Alhambra, the only way to enjoy the view was to stand in front of the window, since the room was so small. Rickety sliding door on the bathroom, marginal AC/Heat unit, cramped and unattractive breakfast room with mediocre offerings. The location was good, and bed was comfortable, but not much else to recommend.
