Hotel Casa 1800 Granada is a charming hotel located in a fully restored XVI century historical building, the building is known as Casa de los Migueletes and served as the headquarters of the militia at the time. The hotel is decorated with chandeliers, frescos, cupolas and luxurious furnishings, always in keeping with the noble wood of the building whilst highlighting the Classicist and Mudejar elements of the original house. The rooms are elegant and cozy, some enjoy views of the Alhambra, inner courtyards, coffered ceilings and offer all kinds of amenities. The House is organised around a central courtyard where each morning breakfast is served and in the afternoon tea is offered to the hotel guests, who are treated to a family atmosphere and making the stay special and unforgettable. The charming hotel has a privileged location in the centre of Granada between the magical Albaicin and at the foot of the Alhambra. Nearby there are museums, theatres, monuments, shops, restaurants and tapas bars.

Room 11 was beautiful. It had 2 sitting areas adjacent to the bedroom and a nice private outdoor patio. They had a great late afternoon happy hour with great free food and juices. Staff was extremely helpful, especially Alex. Location was great.

Everything was fine, clean and spacious rooms (for a city hotel), kind desk service, free water and coffee!!! Beautiful small hotel in Granadas historic centre. Parking available at 1km for 19€ per day. Breakfast was very good too. (One could do better for the croissants, which were rather dry). In a few words: excellent value for the money. 3 star hotel at a 4 star level..

Beautiful hotel in an ideal location. The rooms and common areas are clean and beautifully appointed. Breakfast was great and the complimentary afternoon tea was a real plus! The front desk helped us in many ways - facilitating restaurant reservations and helping with changing a our car rental plans.

Everything about this hotel is pure magic. The location and arrival are fantastic. The staff exceptionally helpful, the dining and drinking options recommended where spot on. This is a small hotel and the rooms used space well and our room was just wonderful. The breakfast was good and the 24 hour provisions are nice to have. The afternoon "tea" was perfect.

This hotel and staff where just magical. Every detail of our stay of 4 nights was beyond excellent from the location to the greeting, the staff help with suggestions for food and drink, the breakfast and available items 24 hours, the afternoon "tea" which was much more than that and the room. It just does not get any better

Hotel Case 1800 Granada is a beautifully restored grand residence. The amenities and staff make you feel at home. Always friendly and helpful and there is an endless supply of tea and coffee and bottled water in the guest lounge. The location is great, close to everything and yet quiet adjacent to two lesser-used laneways. There are cafes and restaurants and a taxi rank a few minutes walk away. Special mention to Elizabeth who met us at reception with the freshness of a host delighted to meet her new guests. The only minus is that most of the rooms have windows facing the internal courtyard which is typical of residences of that era.

Lovely quiet hotel. Alex was very gracious and the staff exceeded our expectations! Rooms were nicely furnished with very comfortable beds and linens. A/C worked well. Common area was open and welcoming and breakfast was more than adequate. We will definitely stay here on our next visit.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa 1800 and were very pleased with our choice. The hotel is beautiful with a charming central courtyard and lovely rooms, furnished in keeping with the style of the house. Everything was clean and beautifully maintained. Breakfast was continental - the selection of items was fairly narrow, but there was enough for a filling breakfast and everything was delicious - we especially enjoyed trying the local pastries. Hot drinks and water are available all day and the afternoon tea is a nice perk too. Location is great - very close to Plaza Nuevo and the street to walk up to the Alhambra - but on a very quiet street (no cars).

The location of the hotel is excellent, central to everything that a tourist would want to see. The building is an interesting combination of structures, with a central courtyard used as a lounge. The staff were pleasant, efficient, and friendly and the service was excellent. The room itself was well-appointed and very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.
