We had prepaid for breakfast, but when our tour time changed to the same time that breakfast started, we were told that no accommodations could be made. We were not offered a refund on the breakfast and were told there could be no breakfast-to-go, an amenity other hotels offerd. There was also an offensive odor in our room the second...

The hotel is perfect located in the city senter, with a short walk to everything. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. We didn't eat breakfast there, so I can't comment on the food. The rooms are big enough. The bed was a bit hard, but worked for some nights. There are some noise around the hotel, and you hear...

A very nice place to stay in Granada. Well located near the city center. Very nice staff and comfy rooms. We could return for a rest each day because the location was convenient. Many nice restaurants and shops near by.

Centrally located, but quiet. Rooms aren't large, but cosy. Nice furniture, confortable bed. Personnel was attentive at any hour, day or night. Helped us with the tickets to Alhambra, which was very much appreciated as we arrived during Semana Santa!

I loved that they have candy at the front desk. The staff was very kind. The hotel was very nice, elegant, and had everything we needed. It´s location was wonderful. We had tons of restaurants and tourist attractions at walking distance. There´s a good pizza place across the street. The breakfast is very nicely served. The room was very nice...

This is a nice hotel very good located in Granada. Staff is really kind and proud to help at any time: The only thing I miss is more fruit at breakfast and sometime more isolation of the noise of the street.

Gorgeous courtyard entrance and nice sized rooms and bathrooms. Everything was very clean and staff were always helpful. Parking was a little overpriced in my opinion, but then again it is very difficult to find parking in central Granada otherwise.

We stayed for five nights on a room only basis and were lucky to have a lovely spacious, sunny corner room facing Plaza Gamboa with two balconies and traditional Spanish furniture. The hotel is full of character with a stunning Andalucian patio with fountain and a wealth of antique furniture. Location is perfect right in the centre of Granada with...

We visited with friends during Holy Week, mainly to see the sights, especially Al Hambra Palace. Our friends made the booking and were given directions which were spot on in a somewhat confusing city in terms of extremely narrow and not always easily accessible streets. The reception area was lovely and staff very polite and helpful at check in. Rooms...

A very centrally located hotel. Everywhere seemed so easy to walk to and from. Clean rooms and friendly staff,Don't expect a great view from any window, as its tucked among courtyards and alleyways. Nice reception area and breakfast room
