This is a great hotel situated in an excellent location. It's a 5 minute walk to the Cathedral and Plaza Nueva where you can take a minibus to Alhambra. We are a family of four with two teenagers so we got two adjoining rooms and they were immaculate and spacious. The rooms were decorated nicely and very comfortable. It also...

I stayed here during my Andalusia roundtrip by train. The location of the hotel is not ideal for train travellers i.e. it is a bit too far to walk. But of course one can take a taxi from the station. Although the court yard is very nice, the music (muzak) played there constantly can be heard in the rooms. Also...

Wonderful hotel, well-located. Beautiful courtyard lobby, with cozy, warm, and inviting rooms. I found the rooms very attractive and well-appointed for such an affordable rate. They didn't seem "spartan" at all, as one reviewer thought.

This is a very good choice for a stay in Granada. It has a superb location, just at the back of the Plaza de Carmen, within easy reach of the Cathedral, the Plaza Nueva and all the main shopping areas of the city. You can catch the little Alhambra bus from nearby. It is also on the edge of the...

My partner and I stayed at the Hesperia, Granada for 3 nights in October 2007. The hotel was very easy to find. We took a coach from the airport and it is a short walk from the Cathedral bus stop. The location is excellent, it is very central, ie. close to the Alhambra, Albayzin district, Cathedral, restaurants, bars and city...

The hotel was alright, in my opinion not deserving of the 4 star rating, but more close to a 2.5 star. The rooms are clean, location is good. The staff not as helpful, infact give you only half the correct information, do not rely on the bus nos they give you to reach places, double check with locals. We were...

The Hesperia Granada is very well located in the center of town, but is also off a side "alley" that was somewhat difficult to find. If you're cabbing from the airport or train station, give the driver the name of the hotel, not the Plaza Gamboa address (it's not a plaza, just a tiny open area in front of the...

We stayed at the Granada Hesperia for 3 nights in September. Whilst the hotel is tucked away and difficult to access by car (our taxi did some great turns), it means that although you're in the centre of town, really close Calle Navas and a short walk to the Cathedral/Plaza Neuva/Albacin it's actually very quiet. The rooms were clean, the...

We stayed in the Hesperia Granada Hotel 22nd to 24th August. The hotel amenities were excellent. The staff were very helpful. The hotel throughout was very clean. The hotel is behind the Plaza del Carmen. Excellent for tapas, 200 metre walk to the Calle Navas, On the corner of the Plaza del Carmen is a very good restaurant / bar....
