Comfortable, convenient, friendly & clean. Very friendly & helpful staff. Good food and acceptable prices. Comfortable beds, good sized rooms, well equipped. Easy access to city centre. I highly recommend this hotel is you're visiting/ staying in Granada.

We stayed for 2 nights at this very modern hotel, as always we recommend this chain as you are ensured of a good nights sleep, clean and friendly reception. We were not disappointed as everything was top notch. It is close to the Alhambra, although a taxi ride we felt was better than driving our vehicle in this busy city.

The hotel is just off the A44 let road around Grenada. You have to head past the Carrefour before you see signs for it and then you have to turn around and turn in at the gas station and stay hard right. Ibis is a corporate brand. It is a clean, low-end hotel chain. "Hotels by Ikea". They are clean,...

Arriving on a direct flight from London City to Granada this hotel is located around 20 minutes drive from Granada airport. Very easy to access by car as it is just off the ring road. The hotel is simple but the rooms and facilities are more than adequate. The staff were all helpful and friendly in particular information regarding the...

The night shift staff were very helpful and professional, she prepared the breakfast early because we mentionned we were leaving before 6 am. Room for people with disabilities needs improvements. A little bit overpriced for a hotel that offers only basics. Breakfast is expensive if you mind the lack of variety of products (including the absolute absence of local bakery, fruits or even the famous "churro". This hurts even more when, if you walk outside five or six yards, you have a restaurant where you can have a typical breakfast...

Hotel staff was excellent, and were very accommodating, providing maps and detailed instructions on how to get to the major sights. Breakfast was excellent and well priced. The rooms were not the cleanest, there was dust on the nightstand and around the room. Although the rooms are advertised as non smoking, our room reeked, the staff immediately changed our room...

The hotel is basic Ibis quality: clean and good bed. One need to do a transfer to get to City Center. A taxi is perfect going to Alhambra. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. Select the 2nd story room in hot weather to avoid warm room in the afternoon.

We enjoyed our stay, room compact but very central and air conditioned. Breakfast was fine too. Recommend for short stays and budget travellers. We were there for only two nights but this allowed us to see all the sights and travel onwards.
