Professional and efficient staff - Pablo, Lorens and Andrea in reception, waiters Antonio and Javier, Chef Carlos are just some of the staff that deserve to be mentioned by name. There's a choice between smoking and non smoking rooms. My room was changed immediately and without any fuss to a non-smoking room. Breakfast choices included everything and anything one could...

I liked the pool and did some laps during the height of summer, although the hours are not so helpful for people on business. . .11-7. There were enough people who spoke English so there was never a problem there. Breakfast was well laid out and adequate though nothing too exciting and, of course, eggs got cold fast. Coffee was...

We only spend a night but we had the time to enjoy the rooftop swimming pool it was very cool . This hotel had a wonderful location in a newer neighborhood of Granada . We booked from booking at a very good price for a large hotel .

We stayed in this hotel for four nights and had a very pleasant stay. Standards were high throughout the hotel, with good standards of cleanliness and décor. Staff were also welcoming and attentive. Breakfast was very good, with a wide range of food, although the air conditioning in the dining room can be very cold. There is a pleasant rooftop...

The rooms were nice but sink was partially blocked. Friendly staff who were very helpful and knowledgeable - we were there to see the Alhambra. The pool was a little disappointing for kids but good enough for adults. Had to pay for parking or park on the street.

We spent a few nights here. The journey was more than pleasant, the stuff was friendly and overall the conditions are excellent if you consider the budget as well. The ONLY inconvenient might be the location: it is definitely not the closest place to the old town.

The hotel is 5 minutes from the conference centre in Granada and 10 minutes from the main shopping area. The Alhambra was a 10 minute taxi ride. I ran a small conference at the hotel. Meeting rooms were good size but a bit gloomy as there was no windows despite being on the ground floor. Wi-Fi was ok but a...

Last month I went with my boyfriend to know Granada . The experience was very good at this hotel. The hotel was very clean and comfortable . What we liked least was that the furniture was very old. But nevertheless we were fine.

Very nice room, comfy bed, had good meal first night. Good breakfast. Not great deal going on nearby but a short walk takes you to bars and restaurants. Went to the Alhambra - word of advice, get a taxi. It's quite a hike to get to and as you'll be spending a few hours walking around it, you will need...
