Hotel noisy and dirty, I found hair on my bed. The staff is very rude and kicks the customer out of the hotel if they do not leave exactly at 12 o'clock. I do not recommend it in any aspect. It was the worst hotel I"ve been in all the trip.

Lovely central hotel in centre of Granada...spacious bedrooms..large bathroom...some rooms are at the rear of hotel which make them nice and quiet...cosy lobby area to unwind but as hotel is on a busy shopping street...not much time to waste sitting around...all the lively tapas bars are within a few minutes walk as is the Cathedral...Plaza Nueva..Albacin..and buses run every few...

Booked online at short notice prior to a visit to this great city. Excellent customer service, with very pleasant and knowledgeable staff who were always helpful. They even provided valet parking for us!! Fully functional and spacious room that had everything we needed for a short stay. A wonderful rooftop bar and dining area, very well priced and again served...

Stayed for 3 nights. Fantastic value for money ! Great location for everything. Great staff who can't do enough for you. Spotlessly clean. Great cafe/bar on 6th floor. Had breakfast there - the orange juice really is freshly squeezed ! Also great for a nightcap. As far as parking is concerned - just park up in front of hotel and...

Hotel Universal is a threestars hotel in the center of Granada, near the Alhambra. Parking is difficult, on the other side of the street and you pay 15 euro's a day. The rooms are a bit outdated. It's a pity that the hotel isn't quiet at all. There's no noise from the street, but from the cafe on the rooftop....

I stayed in this hotel for one right recently when visiting Granada for the weekend. It was easy to find, with its central location in the city centre. I arrived before check in time but the reception staff offered to store my bags so I could get out and start exploring! There is free wifi throughout the hotel which is...

The rooms are too basic for a 3*, but are clean. Part of amenities are air co, free wifi, safe, fridge. Our room had 2 windows facing interior court, facing other windows. Not very comfortable. The bed was not very comfortable and rooms and corridor smelled way too much cigarette. I recommend this hotel if you have a deal as...

This hotel exceeded my expectations. We only stayed one night but it was a pleasure in every way, staff at reception kind. The room is clean and equipped with all the modern amenities of a proper hotel room. Wifi reliable, and location is right in the center of downtown Granada. This room had two windows facing to two court yards,...
