Stayed 4 nights for a conference The rooms are very clean and tidy, the service is friendly and courteous. Many restaurants around the hotel and it's in walking distance from the conference center. Breakfast is nice and dinner is excellent. Would certainly stay here again

We stayed two nights whilst on a tourist visit. The room was larger than usual, everything worked efficiently, and was generally very comfortable. The staff were very polite and helpful. The breakfast was from a good selection, accommodating tastes for most people. There were coach parties present, but as individual travellers we did not feel overwhelmed by them. It is reasonably...

Stayed one night on a trip through Spain. Nice clean hotel close to many restaurants. Ate dinner at the hotel and it was very good buffet style. Rooms were hot but opened window and it was great and cool. The bed was a little hard but comfortable. Rooms very clean. Would stay here again on my way back to Granada....

About 20 minute walk to the Cathedral, 10 minutes to the river. Hosts many large groups, and has the capacity to handle them comfortably. Reception staff is helpful and speaks English. My only complaint is the climate control in the room, it's too hot unless you open the window. It could be because we were there at the end of...

This was our first visit to Granada and knowing that we would be spending most of our time sightseeing, we really wanted somewhere to stay that we could comfortably collapse into at the end of our long days. We had a long list of requirements hotel-wise - I wanted somewhere quiet (not easy in the middle of a city), preferably...

The hotel in general is nice and clean. It's in the centre of the city. Only thing it's a bit noisy. This early morning I wasn't able to keep sleeping due to the noise that cleaners were doing. I understand this cannot be avoided completely but a bit of consideration closing the doors and moving the beds can be done.

We checked in after a drive from Madrid. The hotel is easy to locate. The location is great where everything is just nearby and within walking distance. The room is spacious and well fitted. But it had a funny smell as if someone was smoking in there or I think this is a smoking room. Anyway we did not report...
