We stayed here for 4 nights at beginning of May. Davide at reception was very helpful with all our queries. Walking distance to all the wonderful sights of Seville. Nice and quiet in heart of Jewish Quarter. Very clean. Only fault would be that photos on their website were a little old and terrace furniture needs to be replaced. However...

We went to Seville in a field trip of the university, we divided into small groups to find a place to stay. We found this place online with a good price (the 4 of us payed by night the same that the ones that stayed at a hostel). It was a two bedroom apartment, small (but complete kitchen) and a...

From the photos provided by the company, it is clear that the apartments have seen better days. The courtyard is devoid of furniture as is the apartment! The kitchen is basic, delapidated and lacks the essential equipment expected. In 1A (202) we discovered that hot water to the kitchen (a basic hygiene essential) was not available, nor has ever been....

This was the perfect base for our exploration of beautiful Seville. The square where the building is located is tucked away and totally gorgeous. You are right in the middle of the Jewish quarter but in a quiet and secret (ish) square. As other reviewers have said, the apartments are functional and clean. You don't need much more than that...

These apartments are described as “Nestling at the heart of historic Seville, these stylish and trendy apartments provide guests with a sophisticated and private setting in which to enjoy their vacation in the Andalusian capital.” They're not really stylish or trendy, but perfectly functional & clean. As with most other properties in Barrio Santa Cruz, there is no access by...

Hard to find but once you settle down, you find you're in a very good location. Apartment is well equipped and room is comfy as hotel standard. Though the reception is not in the apartment building, you do have reception in other chain apartment and they are nice and friendly. Had a good time there.

Great location within easy walking distance of everything. Spacious with average furnishings, very very bland, well equiped kitchen with washing machine. Good & free internet access. No where to hang wet washing. Think it could be noisy in high season due to bars in close proximity and apartments located around a courtyard which has a bit of an echo.

Can only echo all the earlier comments, fantastic location in Barrio Santa Cruz like you've stepped back in time, all the sights in walking distance or just have a wander round all the little alleyways, great bars everywhere you turn!

Very beautiful and comfortable apartments located in the heart of Santa Cruz neighbourhood, one of the oldest and most traditional in Seville. Two rooms, living and dining room, fully equipped kitchen, everything in perfect condition. The parking is not included in the rate, and as the apartments are located in a pedestrian area, you have to leave your car parked...
