We pulled up on a small one way street to a large wooden door, and walked back into the past with the beautiful flagstone floor in the reception area and the walk ways and courtyards that you wander through to get to your room. The staff at the hotel once they saw that my travelling companion was on crutches, quickly...

This hotel is a very unique experience almost like staying in a museum. If you like history you will enjoy this place. It is located very close to all of the main attractions in the Santa Cruz area of the city and within walking distance of the majority of places most people will want to visit. We had a junior...

This is an eclectic hotel in a good location, a short walk to the Cathedral. Our room had a double bed with an attached sitting room. Interior lighting was rather dim. The room adjoined a courtyard and was quite noisy due to a steady stream of guests walking to their rooms. The trek to the reception area took about four...

Let me clear and say that I didn't actually stay in this hotel during my visit to Seville. Being on a last minute trip where we'd made the clear decision to only book hotels en route on our travels through 8 cities in Spain in 132 days, we took the risk...which in this instance didn't pay off as the hotel...

Stayed 3 nights in this really charming hotel and loved everything about it - the historic atmosphere, the piano bar, the internal courtyards, the helpful staff, everything!. The location is great - restaurants, bars, shops just on the doorstep and easy walking distance to the cathedral and the castle (not even going to attempt to spell the Spanish name). Room...

From the front of the building you would never guess what lay behind. We felt like we had stepped back in time .. and only in a good way. Quirky, atmospheric and an absolute delight to stay there. Cant fault anything - check in was fast and efficient and friendly, room was clean, bed was comfy (a big plus for...

The most expensive night ever (400Eur./2 nights) for service level below Youth Hostel - Very dark room. Suite No.221 at the far end of the Hotel slightly under the ground floor with small windows all tapered to avoid people walking around to look in your room. - Very noisy room with tourists passing around with luggage wheels on pavement. -...

Dear François, Thank you for your review. We're very sorry you didn't enjoy your stay at our hotel. We understand that everything that happened to you must have been quite painful and are awfully sorry it all had to happen precisely during your stay with us. However, I would like to say that your reservation included two nights of parking...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
In the heart of Seville's old jewish quarter, just 6 minutes walking distance from the Cathedral, a modern service and classic decoration converge in the hotel Las Casas de la Juderia. History fills the air in this magnificent ensemble of 27 fifteenth century traditional houses restored to harmoniously reflect the authentic feel of the serpentine neighborhood that surrounds it. The vibrant colors of the 40 patios (typical Andalusian courtyards) and the friendly service mirror the true character of Andalusia. Fountains, statues and roman amphoras decorate the winding passageways that connect the 134 rooms. Las Casas de la Juderia offers an array of services for your enjoyment: a tapas bar and a restaurant both indoors and outdoors, a rooftop swimming pool to enjoy a selection of tapas and cocktails (May-Sept.), Live music in the piano-bar from Thursdays to Sundays, a spa decorated with roman mosaics, several meeting rooms and spaces to organize events, reunions or seminars, and a large breakfast area located in hotel's "Mirror's Hall." Located in the heart of the city center, Las Casas de la Juderia offers a superbly convenient access to some of the most symbolic landmarks of southern Spain such as the Giralda, Reales Alcazares, Casa de Pilatos and Jardines de Murillo. Parking is ensured by our valets. ... more   less
