Well worth staying here for the pool and location. Very clean and modern with comfortable rooms. The rooms could be improved with the addition of a mirror in the bedroom, not just the bathroom, likewise a rubbish bin. Other than that we had an excellent stay. Get to the pool early as it gets very busy. Easy to walk to everywhere in the city. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Hotel's Favourite
Hotel Fernando III is located in the historic centre of the city, besides it has a nice roof terrace and an immaculate swimming pool. The view from the terrace is just stunning. We had both a nice dinner in the roof restaurant and a wonderful open buffet breakfast on the first floor. The breakfast had a wide variety of selection and the dinner was tasty. The bed was comfortable and there was no noise to disturb us - which is important for me. Cleanliness is very important for my taste and this hotel passed my evaluation. The staff was very helpful and ready to answer every question. In summary, this hotel is a very nice stop in Sevilla.

We had booked this hotel based on the reviews and central position to the main attractions of Seville . Reception staff were very welcoming and rooms comfortable however was noisy on the corridors outside the rooms from gother guests both day and throughout the night .This could be reduced by having carpet runners laid We had booked on a bed and breakfast basis however would not have chosen this had we have had insight into the poor standards of the catering .for which you pay a premium. There are lsome ovely cafe bars in close proximity at a fraction of the cost which are probably far better and served to your table As a 4 star hotel I have never experience having to self servie from a tea and coffee machine and carrying hot drinks from the machine to our table Whilst the continental selection was plentiful with a good selection of pastries meats cereal and fruit the hot selection was appauling . Despite being on hot plates every item was very cold and inedible. Having one morning spotted fried eggs caming out from the kitchen these too were cold !!!!!. The rooftop pool was small and views fantastic however this area did not open untill 11 am therefore could not be used for an early morning dip and the bar did not open till later in the afternoon should you wish to have a soft drink Seville is beautiful with large variety of tapas bars around the area which was fantastic however should we visit Seville again we would not choose this hotel as it felt more like a 3 star. I suspect the only reason it is 4 star is due to the pool, which if you are only visiting for a short break are unlikely to utilise therefore would be able to find a much better hotel for the same price as you'd pay at this hotel .

Location was good for exploring the old town. Room was ok, clean and fresh, quite warm though. They parked our car for us, since the garage was somewhere further away and drove it right in front of the hotel when cheking out. I expected a more "luxorius" hotel based on the information online and some reviews I read. But it actually seemed just like an average 2-3 star hotel, busy and not too friendly or welcoming. The receptionist was polite but I didn't get the same warm feeling that many other hotels give. The service at the roof top bar/restaurant was nonexistent. We sat at the table waiting for someone to even notice us for a very long time (the waiters did see us though), but realizing no one would come and greet us I went to the bar and asked if it was self service and it turned out to be. No problem there but maybe a waiter could even say hello and guide us to order from the bar? The burgers we had for a quick lunch were very disappointing; cold bun and strange tasting meat. Very poor performance for the (high) price. The pool is nice, nothing spectacular in my opinion though, and it was so crowded we didn't find a single free sunlounger for a while. No food or smoking allowed by the pool, drinks you can take with you from the bar. Pool towels given from the bar if you show a card they give you in the reception when checking in. The parking was expensive, so was the breakfast (not included) so we had breakfast in a nearby coffeeshop. We enjoyed our time in Sevilla, but next time we'll choose some other hotel to stay in. There are plenty of options!

What a fantastic hotel, the location couldn’t have been better. The staff were amazing, very friendly and efficient. The room was clean and had beautiful bed linens and towels. The roof top pool was breathtaking and all the hotel facilities were fabulous. I would highly recommend this hotel for a city break in Seville.

I liked this hotel. But do not follow sat nav directions to find it. Access via Calle San Jose only, otherwise sat nav using fastest route takes you down some side streets fit only for a motorbike.. valet parking great. Lovely room on 1st floor with veranda. Fantastic shower. Good breakfast. Very friendly staff, and helpful. Good location surrounded by lots of restaurants.

I don’t tend to write reviews but felt I had to after returning from a weeks stay at the Hotel Fernando III. I travelled with my husband and stayed for one week. The hotel experience was fantastic from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff we met during our stay. The room was excellent cleaned every day, bedding was spotless and fantastic quality. Complimentary free water left every day which was great when we returned from a full day of sight seeing, air con was so good especially given how hot it was whilst we were there. Breakfast was amazing with so much choice, it was a buffet style but cleanliness was a high priority to the staff. Breakfast staff were so attentive and always willing to help. All hotel staff were friendly and again always willing to assist. The hotel in general was so good I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a central location. If I had one negative albeit a little one it was the pool didn’t open until 11am and I normally would be an early riser to catch some rays before the sun got too hot Will definitely return to the Fernando III it was a great hotel and I know I can be fussy sometimes so my recommend is sincere, give it a try you won’t be disappointed

Very clean and modern hotel with a great location, not far from many bars, restaurants and shops, they have a wide range of breakfast for all who visit, staff are very helpful and accommodating, the rooftop bar and pool are a great bonus with many tables and sunbeds to relax and especially Alex who looked after us well

The hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is £20 per person this was a rip off as you can sit by the cathedral and have a much better breakfast for £7 per person. Also the lights feel like your in school on a dark February morning in the UK. The room or our room had extremely low light and was very depressing. Other rooms had balconies and much better lighting. This felt very depressing. The pool on the roof top don’t open until 11 am !. This don’t work for people wanting to get up and out on a city break. Was extremely busy so if you come back from a days sight seeing you won’t get a sun bed. Sevilla is a beautiful city and is 💯 worth coming too. This hotel is ok but expensive for what it is ! Shop about don’t stay here!!!
