We arrived around check in time after a long journey. There was only one overworked receptionist which meant we queued for approx. 45 mins. While waiting we asked for the WiFi password only to be told the password was behind the bedroom door! Good choice of breakfast if you eat

Stayed for three nights towards the end of October. Location of hotel is quite practical as you can walk to the Cathedral and the Alcazar in about 15-20 mins and can also walk to the bus station and the river in about 10-15 minutes. There are plenty of shops and various eating pl

Hello, would anybody know how much it may cost from airport to the hotel in a taxi please? Thank you
We used zip transfers, booked from the uk, €30 each way from the airport to central Seville. Excellent service, on time, clean modern cars. Would use them again without hesitation.

I read the review that the hotel has been under renovation since last summer. Do any of you know when the renovation work is expected to be completed? I will visit Seville in May and I am wondering if the renovation work has been completed by that time. If the work has not yet completed, I may choose another hotel as it may be more quiet and with less renovation smell.
I stayed on floor 2 (unrenovated) I believe in Nov 2017 they had completed floors 6 and maybe 5. My daughter and i had no problems with the renovation-we heard no noise as we were out of the hotel by 830-9 am each morning as we did day trips to Jerez etc and are keen sightseers If we returned during the day it was just to drop something off-and there were no renovations in the evening. Also I don't know what you mean by smell-there was none. Unless you wish to sleep till 10am and quite frankly, why anyone would want to stay in a hotel room when there is Seville to explore, is beyond me. I don't think you would be inconvenienced. The hotel is perfectly placed for walking to major attractions and there are some great tapas bars-not touristy- in the side streets. I think renovations are finished by the end of 2018 We stayed 11 days and not once were we inconvenienced

Hello is there a coach that takes people from the airport to somewhere close by?
The airport bus does not leave you in front of the hotel, it leaves you at plaza de armas and then you have to walk 10-20 min to the hotel. Your best bet is a taxi.

Did anybody else reserve a double bed and then arrive to be told they do not have one ? No explanation or discount offered.
Hello, I booked a single room but ended-up in a room with a standard sized double bed. The hotel obviously does have them. As per my own review however, the main issue I had with the hotel was with the attitude of the staff as it was extremely poor and I would hesitate to return because I was not made to feel at all welcome during my stay. They were happy to take my money, but are so confident of high occupancy rates that they do not need to be nice to anyone.

what is the easiest way to get from the rail station to the hotel?
Good afternoon, If it is Santa Justa train station you can get on the 32 bus line and you can hop off tha the last stop at Plaza del Duque, where the hotel is located. You can either take a taxi which costs around 7-8 euros. Hope this information helps!! See you soon, J.M.Campos. Manager
