What you pay for is what you get! Yes that is right, this hostal is cheap so don't expect a tub and luxury. I got to the hostal and my room was not ready, but the man who attends this hostal is a very welcoming and nice man. My room was on the second floor. Had a very basic room...

Very poor value compared to other hostals at a similar price. Complicated and slow water heating, very little hot water for 2 person room, humid with an unpleasant smell, water leaked from shower into bedroom, shower curtain kept falling down, only 2 shelves and 5 knobs with 2 hangers, nowhere to dry towels, wet towels not changed, toilet paper ran...

Hostel San Lorenzo was by far one of the worst places I've ever stayed in over night. First of all the room was for 2 people and it was so small it was impossible to move unless someone was in bed. Also, there was no window in our room. It was a small opening with a wooden board on top...

Unexpectedly good for the money paid. The triple room is a bit small, but cozy. Nice and clean inside. Wifi is free in the room. The window in our room was looking at the patio, thus it was a bit dark inside, however it added a special flavor to the place. Definitely recommend.

The room itself was clean, the owner was very friendly and helpful. The only thing we didn't like was that the room was very humid. To the point that there was a constant damp smell. It is very close to all the main attractions and clubs

This hostel is in the old town area of Seville. Location is OK, quite some distance from the touristy places to visit. But the rooms were pretty good and satisfactory. We were 3 friends, and they had provided us a 4 bed accommodation with attached toilet. The biggest problem here was parking. We had rented a car in Seville, and...

We (four persons) had booked the hostel for four nights and were disappointed when we entered the room. Although the reservation had clearly stated we had booked a room for four, the room had only three beds of which one was too short for an average person. One bed was for 1.5 persons and eventually we had to use this...

A friend and I booked @ San Lorenzo Hostal for a 2 nights stay last december (it was Spanish Holiday time and surely high season as almost all accomodations were fully booked) Arriving at the hostal we found out they assigned us a room at the last floor, that was not what we booked for. We had a reservation for...

On booking this hotel on hostelworld's website, I realised later when looking at San Lorenzo's own website that a single room was ridiculously small- we're talking the room is nearly the size as the bed. As I was in Sevilla to study for my dissertation I needed more space so emailed them to cancel. I received a lovely email back...

“ask for a double big room - if you have troubles with ladders and steps , tell them in advance at moment of booking, as they do not have elevator and so they could try to assign you a room at first or second floor.”
