Nice little hotel well located in Seville walking distance from all the attractions. The rooms was well sized and clean. We only spend one night and loved it. Ask for the top floor rooms which have a lovely terrace
We are a couple with a baby girl of four months so we wanted something near the centre and the things to do/see. The location was perfect. Its near barrio Santa Cruiz, quarter that looks like a labyrinth and every time we got lost we...More
We stayed here for 3 nights. The location was perfect. I would stay again. The room was clean and large. Waking up and looking out onto the park every morning was just a joy. The local restaurants were fantastic. We were able to walk to...More

The ones looking over Murillo Gardens are much noisier. The ones on the side of the building are quieter because the road is pedestrianised, but beware there is extensive building work taking place at the moment on the building opposite. However, it stops at lunchtime on Friday and there is no work on Saturday or Sunday. We had a high floor room at the side and the work didn’t bother us. We were pleased we chose it in preference to the ones at the front.

Hi! We were there in July and our room was situated on the other side of the hotel, more on the inside part so we have not experience any noise coming from where the building works were. And although it was visible from nearby, there were no machineries, crane or workers - perhaps due to the boiling hot temperature, the building work were put on hold at that time?
I would suggest getting in touch with the hotel as early as now and request an alternative room away from all the noise..hope this helps!
