Inexpensive, basic room was comfortable and just fine. Enough shared bathrooms that I never waited - even when the hotel was sold out. Everything is super clean. Terrific, very quiet location in the old quarter, but close to main streets so very easy to find and to get to. Very friendly and helpful owner even called around to solve a...

When we first arrived, the lady who 'greeted' us spoke hardly any english. I say 'greeted', because we walked in the door and there was no kind of lobby or reception, you were just in a common area. Then the hostess appeared on a balcony above us and called down for our name. I gave my name and she frowned...

It was strange to rent a room with air conditioning... But upon arrival being told that only management could turn the AC on or off or adjust it. We didn't use it, which I guess was the point. It was just too much hassle. There is a lengthy list of things you cannot do. But the place is convenient and...

Took one of the Apts at 60€ per night. For us it was large and luxurioxus. Great to have a kitchen, fridge, etc and lots of markets nearby. Tomas and his wife were the epitome of kind, helpful, attentive, full of info! The best! Quiet, great location close to Alcazar and Cathedral, lots of restaurants etc. Would stay here again...

Wandered in without a reservation and got a cute, comfortable room. The old gentleman running the place was delightful. The hot water heater seems a bit temperamental, but we still enjoyed our stay here.

Absolutely a wonderful place to stay in Seville. Easy to walk to the Cathedral and other famous sites. The owner is a wonderful man who was extremely helpful with restaurant suggestions and directions. This place is quiet so it’s a great place to get a good nights sleep (signs are posted asking to be quiet). Rooms are very comfortable!. He...

Fantastic establishment. Helpful owners live on site and go above and beyond for their guests. The rooms are a spectacular value and could not be in a better location. The space is charming and feels authentically Spanish and of Sevilla. Great facilities, perfect location, I definitely recommend.

Stayed in a clean, large, bright, and fully equipped (with exception to the non-functioning washing machine) apartment on the second floor of this pensión which has a number of quite different accommodations on offer. The apartment had a separate kitchen and not just a kitchenette, with a good range of cooking implements. The furnishings were solid and well maintained. The...

My little room, inexpensive, at the Pension San Benito Abad, was very comfortable and perfect for a few days exploring Sevilla. It was long and narrow, with a sink at one end, reminding me of a Monk's cell, but the bed was vastly more comfortable. The room has a decent fan and good lighting. The two bathrooms were shared with...

“Ask for as room for a bathroom, otherwise you have to share showers which have specific times you can shower. I hear there are apartments upstairs but I didn't get to check those out. The rooms on the main floor are quiet enough though, since they have signs everywhere telling you to be quiet.”
