We stayed for just 2 nights and chose this hotel based on tripadvisor reviews and weren't disappointed. The staff were so helpful and this started even before we arrived, we received an email asking what time we would be arriving and giving advice on different ways to get to the hotel. We settled on travelling by bus and the hotel...

We stayed 2 nights in a Junior suite room, which was different from the pictures but was facing the beautiful courtyard, so it was very quiet and peaceful. The room has a lounge and a bedroom which are separated with doors. Our child slept on the sofa bed in the lounge, for which we paid extra E 30p/n. The room...

The decor is beautiful, there's a lovely quiet courtyard, and a jacuzzi on the terrace with a nice view of La Giralda (cathedral tower). The jacuzzi was a nice amenity to have but the water temperature needed to be hotter and we couldn't figure out the controls (maybe the management locks the settings). For a double room, the room was...

Dear Aufschwung: We were very happy that you liked the hotel and that you could enjoy its location and the tranquility of it. Regarding the treatment of our receptionist: we have the obligation to maintain the tranquility and security of all the services of our hotel. Introducing glass cups in the Jacuzzi can be doubly damaging, since if any are...

Less than 5 minutes walk from the Alcázar and Cathedral, this hotel is a quiet retreat set around two courtyards. Great if you don't mind walking with your luggage about 250 metres from the nearest point a taxi can get to. Excellent breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff. Our room was comfortable without being luxurious.

This hotel has it all! -- the best location in Seville, caring friendly management, a lovely courtyard where guests gather for afternoon tea, even free bikes for the guests' use. Put this all together, and you can understand why it seems to attract such a nice and interesting clientele. Build your trip to Andalusia around staying at El Rey Moro!

Hotel El Rey Moro is tucked away in a maze of narrow cobbled passageways of Barrio Santa Cruz. But once you locate it, I think you will see it is a gem! Each room is decorated in its own unique style and color! The beds are comfy and the storage is plentiful. Most of the Rooms surround a three-story courtyard....

Just leaving Seville after two nice days at this hotel. Enjoyed the two quiet inner courtyards, free bottled water, and friendly staff helpful with all our needs. Good value breakfast with fresh eggs, ham, beans and fresh squeezed o.j.

We arrived the day before the famous Seville parades, not intending to be there for the festival but we were caught up in the pageantry of the spectacle. The Barrio de Santa Cruz is a charming area of the city with narrow, cobbled streets dotted with orange tree-lines plazas and centrally located within walking distance of many of the major attractions, such as the cathedral and the Alcazar.
