We booked the Hotel because we wanted something central but with secure parking and this hotel has both. Ok the parking is a bit challenging, and needed me to get out to guide the car, but it was close to the Hotel. The Hotel itself has a lot to recommend it, its clean, the staff are very helpful, although their...

The sound isolation is nonexistent and with tiled hallways, you hear everything. Two Italian girls who I couldn't tell if they were staying at the hotel or were neighbors to it were yabbering loudly until 3AM despite my banging on the wall and it was like they were in the same room as me. You hear everything in your neighbor's...

Three of us stayed in March. The double room was fine though the single room was a bit disappointing as it was extremely small. However the whole place is clean and comfortable for a night's sleep. The only disappointment was we had booked a space in the garage but they hadn't processed that part of the booking, so do double...

This place is ok but definitely no better than that. My room (13) was tiny (looking at the plan on the door it seems to be the smallest). Clean is all you can say. Location is best feature as very central. Noise carries through the whole building so if you move a chair everyone will know. They don´t even sell...

Clean, decent sized rooms and convenient location are the highlights of this hotel. A bit basic for a romantic getaway, but if you want an affordable place within walking distance to the Guggenheim, Old Town, the railroad station, and Metro, this ticks all the boxes. Fast, free wifi. Note - no elevator.

You pay more for a room facing the river but worth it for the view. Good location close to the bridge to the old town. You can just follow the river to get to the Guggenheim. There is no breakfast available at the hotel but there are plenty of cafes. There is no lift so you have to carry your...

This is a very quaint and small "hotel" from what I understand it's one floor of rooms, some face the inner courtyard and others have a view of the river. The rooms are small but clean, the noise does carry In the rooms facing the courtyard, mainly the neighbors. There is no air conditioning, big Windows but not a lot...

This hotel while not the most modern is in central Bilbao, clean and our room overlooked the river! For the money was great value! They also have secure underground parking which was ideal as I rode over on a motorcycle. The receptionist while she spoke no English was very welcoming and helpful.

This evaluation is in three parts for the three nights were surprisingly different. We found Bilbao a delightful place to stay. We had not begun to explore all the things to do even after 3 days. We have never been in a city so pleasant to walk around, and we did a LOT of walking around it. Good food was...

When booking be aware - double can mean twin, double, or family room. So send an email to ensure they understand your requirements, we didn't and had an amusing conversation in pigeon Spanish. Whilst the prices don't appear budget level, the rooms definitely are!! Clean basic, small. No spare pillows or blankets. No air con. So if you are looking...
