A nice hotel inside which belies its somewhat plain exterior. Had a double room with a spacious shower equipped with lots of hot water - plenty of wardrobe storage space too, whilst the bed was comfortable. The staff were helpful from check-in to departure and although I didn't have a breakfast at Sirimiri, the dining room at the back was...

A bit old but clean and tidy. The beds are not so comfortable. The location of the hotel is very good. Quiet good for the price. The employees were so polite. The parking place is enough for the guests.

Great positioned hotel on a walking distance to old part of the city and famous "siete calles" and great food market with bars serving delicious pintxos (2 € each). Just in front of the hotel is tram stop which goes by the river directly to Guggenheim museum and Athletic Bilbao stadium. Rooms are big enough with lot of light and...

I was there with my 2,5 yo son. There is very nice chill area (tv, books, play station) and a lot of toys for children :) We got an very nice room, big enough for cot inside and also buggy. They have also a limited parking place. We stayed there 2 nights, one we got a parking place, but the...

This hotel is difficult to find being in a secondary street in the labyrinth that the old city is. There is a nominal parking that in reality is always full so you might as well forget about it. There is a public underground parking about 8 blocks away. Room is barebones but adequate as long as weather is not hot....

The car parking is a joke! Beware, the car park is very small with approx.12 spaces, which are available on a first come first served basis. The entrance can be very awkward even for an average sized vehicle. Otherwise the hotel is fine and in a great location. It's only a short walk to the old town, and there is a...

It was just ok for a last minute trip. We called beforehand to let them know we were arriving early and they did have the room available by 9.30am. Breakfast its 6€ pp, and quite value for money. Nothing fancy but recomendable!

This is a smallish hotel on the edge of the old town, within an easy 10 minute walk of the Casca Viejo metro station and only a couple of minutes from the start of the old town. It has good sized rooms and a decent bathroom. Friendly welcome on arrival

Small hotel situated on the edge of the old town. Good rooms, modern and well appointed. Great location within walking distance of the old town where there is interesting shopping and plenty of bars and restaurants. If you want to visit the Guggenheim the hotel is only a minute from a tram stop with a direct line that wanders through...

Hotel was clean and functional. Decent showers, beds OK, staff helpful. Easy enough to find, but the car park is tiny so we ended up parking in a municipal underground car park about 15 mins walk away - this was 16 euros for the night. Location of hotel is good for walking into the old town for food, and bilbao...
