good location, the staff were friendly and showed us our maps and how to get to several places. The room was clean though did smell of smoke. you would have to be willing to walk to the centre as it is about 15 minute walk - this hotel was not expensive and was good value.

Thank you very much for valuing our Hotel. We are glad that you liked the location of it and the attention of our staff. Smoking is absolute prohibited throughout the hole hotel, but there are antisocial people that sometimes smoke in their rooms and when they leave remove the smell is complicated. Hope to see you soon again.

The place is just Ok (if you pay a cheap price), but have in mind that the building (even though it´s been refurnished) is quite old in the inside. Plenty of noises around will disturb you. Exterior rooms to a busy and nosy road, and isolation is not good enough. Dodgy area just in front of hotel too...

I'll start with the positives, the reception staff are helpful and professional. The shower in our room was powerful. There are no more positives. The hotel is depicted as low budget boutique style, don't be fooled there is no style here boutique or otherwise. We were disheartened from the start, having been given a room on the top floor but...

This hotel is very well located, 30 mins of walk from the central bus station and less than 10 mins walk from Casco Viejo. Hotel staff was very friendly and some spoke good English, and those who weren't were really patient with our poor Spanish. Room was clean but a bit cramped for two. Room decoration was fun. We were...

This hotel is located in about 10 minutes from main train station and 30 minutes from bus station, so the location is not advantage of this hotel. At the same time, the hotel is pretty clear and quiet despite that just across the railroad there is very specific San Francisco district. I stayed in one person room and it seemed...

It is a nice hotel, quite clean and comfortable, and it seams to be undergoing a renovation which is quite needed. The service was very good in general. The location is not that bad, although it is a 20 min walk from all the important stuff. The WiFi was a problem, but all in all it was a good place...

How to get there? I walked from the bus station. Bilbao is located within a valley and is predominately flat and quite easy to walk around. Pick up a map at bus station. Location Bilbao is not that big a city to walk around and you can easily walk to old town. This hotel is located opposite a Le Corbusier...

A basic 2* is what you get. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone but it ok for a short stay and good value. Staff friendly enough. it's got a supermarket across the road and a frui and veg shop and cafes on the street. It is on the edge of downbeaten area but not in it, I never felt worried(...
