I was not impressed with this hostels at all. During my stay the front coded door broke and we were not able to get in during the night. The staff didn't bother to let us know and they do not have a 24 hour reception so a resident of the building let us in. The bathrooms were very grubby and...

I'd like to start off by saying something positive about this flop house. The location is very good. The Annex I stayed in was at the entrance to the Old Quarter, just behind City Hall. With that said, the location is the only thing I can say positive about the place. True, at 84 Euros/night it is a cheaper alternative...

Pros: - Very central location - Seconds from coffee shops, bars & restaurants - Comfy beds & recent refurbishment - One of the cheapest options in expensive San Seb - Decent sized room & no bunk beds Cons: - Lack of proper staff/ management - No towels available for first two days (pretty unacceptable, actually) - Noisy - Poor 'kitchen'...

Backpacker accommodation at its finest. Dirty sheets - tick, Filthy bathrooms - tick. Not enough - bathrooms, tick Noisy rooms, tick. Road noise, tick. Pros : location, right on the heart of town, easy walk to both main beaches and a 15 minute walk from the train station. Nice, friendly and informed staff Cons : Lack of common areas, below...

Our sheets were stained and smelt awful. The bathroom was a disgrace: blocked shower with filthy sand. Looked as if nothing had been cleaned in years. Absolutely nothing: toilet roll, soap. Better to sleep outdoors in a cardboard box than in that dump.

Showers are a dribble, street noise makes for zero sleep plus the windows don't shut properly, clock tower goes off every half hour all night, literally no atmosphere whatsoever so it makes it near impossible to meet new people. The springs in the bed stick right into your back and aren't comfy in the slightest. Apart from that, the check...

My husband and I were traveling around Europe and didn't mind staying in hostels to cut the overall costs. However we both were a bit disappointed as to what we got in this situation! When we checked into where we thought we were staying, we were told we had been moved. We left the lovely Gipuzkoa Square and headed more...

This is a terrible terrible hostel. I will start with the toilets. They are filthy and the showers do not even have a door. Water goes everywhere while showering. We also didn't have one hot shower in four days. It was always freezing. The rooms are like prison cells. They are dark, the bed sheets are both stale and stink...

This is a backpacker's hostel in every sense of the word. It is cheap. It has a good location. Besides that I did not have a pleasant stay. There were not enough bathrooms for the amount of people staying. The bedrooms, bathrooms, shared rooms and kitchen were never in a clean condition. Do not expect to get any type of...
