We spent 2 nights at this wonderful hotel on the top of Momt Igueldo, San Sebastian. Despite on-going renovation works the hotel guests were not inconvenienced at all,. The staff were amazing, our room was large and clean and had the most wonderful view over the bay and town of San Sebastian. The hotel has a furnicular railway that runs...

When we were at monte igualdo in the middle of february the hotel was still in renovation mode. The rooms on the first floor were in use but the remaining levels were under construction. That came with some noise during the day. The ground level was sealed off partially for further renovations. The biggest attraction is the view of san...

Been meaning to write a review of this hotel as it really formed part of our great memories of San Sebastian. This hotel was a bit of splurge for us as by the time we went to book a lot of the hotels on the main beach were already booked out (July is a crazy time to visit SS -...

Stayed here for two nights in July 2016 and enjoyed it. We were in town for a wedding, so didn't eat or take advantage of the hotel's facilities unfortunately, but the views were incredible. Would recommend that unless you're interested in a lengthy walk after the funicular, to take a cab into town for nightlife & activities. The pool is...

We stayed here en route from Leon to France. One point to note - our Satnav sent us to the hotel address via a very twisty toll road up Monte Igueldo - make sure that you reach the hotel on an appropriate route. The rooms were comfortable, with fantastic views over towards the Bay of Biscay and city but dining...

Comfortable hotel. Spacious room, good bed, and practical bathroom. Breakfast is good, though not excellent. But what made it special and deserving its five stars is the view. We had a corner room with a view over the city, the hills behind the city, the beach and the sea, and it was unique. Without the view, it would not be...

This is a delayed review from our holiday in 2015. This hotel is expensive but has so much potential given its location so I booked two nights in a superior room with a view. This hotel is in a poor state of repair and my biggest complaint is the staff were extremely unwelcoming and rude. The bedroom and bathroom were...

Everything is old and damaged, the doors make noise and do not close, wifi doesn't work at all, you can see the cables all around the room. On the walls there are traces of humidity and in the whole hotel it smells like old. Everything is old and dirty, for sure not a 4 stars hotel! I won't return here...

Don´t ever pay someting in advance for a conferens or dinner! You will not get your money back if some of the persons cannot come in cause of illness. And if you claim - they don´t answer. 6 friends would like to have a nice lunch; we have to pay in advance and when 2 of the persons got ill...
