Amazing value and very authentic. This pension is located on the first floor of an apartment building and you are given a set of 3 keys to access your room via the front door, the reception and finally your bedroom. Heating seemed to be very unpredictable - either too hot or too cold. Basic rooms which is acceptable however cleanliness...

We had a lovely stay at this little hotel, perfectly located on the edge of old town on one hand, and the beach on the other. Parking is available below the conference center just across the road. You enter the hotel through an old wood and black iron door (i understand the building is being renovated, hopefully this is still...

Normally my superior double would have been a very nice room. However, the building is currently being renovated, and there was scaffolding outside my windows which allowed the workmen to look right into the room. The pension's suggestion was that I keep the blinds down, but in that case I might as well have booked an interior room with no...

While small, the room was clean, tidy and quiet. The bathroom is very large in comparison to the room and the shower was lovely. This hotel is located just where you want to be in San Sebastian. Close to the surf beach and within walking distance of the old town and other sights. An all around wonderful experience!

We arrived for our pre-paid room for one night and were told there was no record of our reservation. It was late at night and we were exhausted from a long day of travel. While the receptionist was very kind, she steadfastly insisted we had not made a reservation and had no record of our request. (It was a coincidence...

Extensive underground parking directly opposite the hotel (reduced price for Pension Kursaal guests). Extremely friendly and helpful staff who will provide advice on sightseeing, nightlife etc. Breakfast can be ordered to your room for...

Very nice hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious with good arrangement. Big windows with a nice view, great location near almost everything, no need to get a cab or transportation for most of the things in the city. Very comfortable bed and helpful polite staff.

This accomodation was a bit of an indulgence for me, but considering the quality of the room, the great location and the really helpful team it represented great value for money. If you're driving, just check with them before to clarify the parking location to save yourself a few laps around the block as you try to negotiate the one...

Stayed here for 2 nights midweek. It was a lovely little place to stay. The room was well furnished. The bathroom was nice also. The room had a small TV and safe. The central heating was a bit annoying the room got too hot at night and was quite cold initially during the day. That and the fact that there...
