This is a luxurious 5* hotel in a lovely square in the heart of Palma old town. It is ideally placed for a city mini-break close to all the sights/attractions. It has a lovely café outside and a rooftop plunge pool and loungers. Two oddities; I could not understand why the hotel restaurant is sushi themed; in Spain? it seemed empty as a consequence. And the pool area can get crowded with too infrequent staff visits to tidy up and take orders/money off guests! Otherwise, it is probably the best place to stay in old town Palma, if you can afford it.

Room Tip: Rooms facing to the square will hear the bells from clock every 15 minutes, all night!

Absolutely loved Hotel Cappucino. The service from the reception staff is truly 5*. Hotel is gorgeous, amazing central location. The hotel rooms are all amazing. The suite in particular is huge and very nice. Bathroom has a huge sinking tub with separate walk in shower. Toiletries smell gorgeous. Nespresso machine in room and mini bar. One slight is the clock bongs very loudly every 15 minutes ALL night however the hotel have ear plugs. In the day it adds to the wonderful Palma vibe but at midnight those 12 bongs from the clock opposite are a bit much. Not the hotels fault and add to the character of the stay, just a tip if a light(ish) sleeper to ask for ear plugs. Also another pet hate of mine in all hotels is when instead of having an actual king size bed they push 2 single beds together so you have a massive ridge down the middle. I was very surprised hotel cappuccino shoved 2 beds together. Need to offer much better quality mattress toppers if they are going to do this in a 5* hotel. Fabulous hotel nevertheless, my favourite in Palma.

We had an amazing stay in the suite for a couple of nights. Super nice room. With great view. We had a sick kid so spend most of the time in the room and the staff was such sweethearts. Could order whatever food we wanted to the room. Speciall. Thanks to Tom and Xavier for arranging stuff for us!

We had tea and snacks here recently. The location and decor are very nice. Both tea and snacks were good. The teapots, while they look nice, are unbelievably heavy and actually dangerous because they get very hot when filled, and are heavy to lift and pour from. This is hazardous to both the waiters and the customers. Please consider changing this to something lighter and better insulated, to avoid the heat coming in direct contact with skin. In fact, our waiter scalded himself when he touched the teapot. This is an important matter of safety so please don´t ignore it. People could suffer significant burns.

We loved Hotel Cappuccino. Went past many times whilst it was being converted from whatever the building previously was, and loved what they've done with this place. Young staff were super-efficient and very obliging. They ordered a hire car on our behalf and the firm was better than the one we've used for several years. Excellent spa and massages. Thanks to COVID we had the entire spa to ourselves so we enjoyed our massages then the sauna and the plunge pool all on our own for a couple of hours. Good housekeeping too. Our room was kept spotless. Didn't eat dinner there but had a good breakfast every morning. Given a choice, I prefer to stay in the countryside, but this was such a good experience I'd happily stay again.
