Ca n’Alexandre is in perfect location, close to placa d’espanya (bus station), mercat de l’olivar, etc. The room is well designed and has everything in need. My room even had a large patio, which is a wonderful place to have a cup of coffee or just to relax. It is a pleasant stay.

We stayed on the 2nd floor in a lovely room. It was immaculate and a really good size. Tea & coffee is provided and fresh milk was given to put in the fridge. Breakfast was included with our price and was very nice. Eggs & bacon cooked to order.

We loved our stay at Ca n'Alexandre. The hotel is bright and modern. Our room, although small, was just lovely and all we needed. The location is amazing - right on the edge of the Old Town, so it was perfect for walking everywhere. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. It was great value for money. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Palma.

Three of us stayed here for four nights on a city break to Palma. The location was excellent, within walking distance of just about everywhere and close to bus and train stations. The hotel looked newly refurbished, very stylish and comfortable, our single rooms were very spacious with a well appointed shower room. There was a good choice at breakfast, a bar (which we didn't make use of) though we had tea a couple of afternoons when we returned from exploring. Staff were great, very helpful and pleasant. My room, 103 was at the front and from 6am there were street noises but apart from that no disturbances. Would recommend.

This could be a stunning hotel. Great central location, nice rooms, fantastic good quality breakfast, nice attentive staff, cool architecture BUT the noise levels are making this experience a poor one. There is quite a gap underneath the door so any sound from the hallway, the lift, any noise from wherever in the hotel it seems gets amplified. And if you are unlucky to face the street, the windows don’t block any noise either. Any car, bike, people walking, chatting. Worst insulation ever. Really really annoying. So it’s a very mixed bag. I want to love this beautiful place but will not return until this has changed. It’s a Sunday morning and I am writing this at 7am having been awake since 6am. It was the same last night. Woke up 3 x when guests returned during the night. People walking and chatting outside.…

Nice hotel, modern and clean with nice comfy bed. Nice continental breakfast available.Very central and east walk into the city centre and close to the bus depot for travel further afield. Can’t fault the decor, cleanliness or comfort. The minor issue we had was the interior noise from other rooms and corridors. Not because it was in a noisy location but I think because it’s all tiles and stone any noise seems to travel and quite loud but only tended to be daytime, before bed and in the early morning.

The hotel was very lovely and quiet. The interior was amazing. I loved that it was right next to the old city centre, literally crossing the street and you could start wandering around the shops and admire the buildings' architecture. The reasons why I gave it only for stars is because the mattress & the pillows were very hard, not really that comfortable (unless you love sleeping on a sturdy mattress) and the breakfast was very basic in its selection. We might have been influenced by the breakfast we had at another 4 star hotel that we came from in Cala D'Or but it felt like it could have had more options for vegetarians or vegan guests. Overwall the hotel was very lovely, friendly staff, clean and quiet. For 1 or 2 nights stay it's great.

Lovely central boutique hotel, staff were amazing and the rooms were beautiful. The location is great as you’re very central and close to a few underground parking places. I didn’t hear any noise outside from the room. You can hear people coming in/out of the rooms but as you would anywhere else. I definitely recommend.
