Great hotel, super location. My room was spacious, modern with everything you needed. Quiet, warm plus a rooftop terrace where I caught the last rays of the sun. Ideal for exploring Palma itself or exploring the island by train or coach.
We were booked for may partners birthday and planned to come for 4 nights, non-refundable. Unfortunately we had to cancel first 2 nights. Hotel offered refund for 1 night but when we arrived, despite paying for the night before, we couldn’t check in as the room was not ready. I sent email to management and the answer I got: “I do not really get you mention you could not get an early check-in when 11:30 is way earlier than the 15:00 check-in time.” Yes, it would be if we didn’t pay for the night before. We didn’t get the rose petals nor bottle of cava in the room. The point of ordering it in advance is to have it waiting in the room, not to go downstairs to ask for it. Otherwise I could just order it from the bar. Hotel staff are very nice and helpful but they are straggling with maintenance of reception and breakfast area, cleaning rooms after big groups, our was cleaned at 4pm after we requested, so quite late. Also, bare in mind there may be some cockroaches in the room, we had 2, the management explained that “At this time of the year, the area sewages are normally disinfected by the city hall and therefore we always have a very few of them finding their way out of the streets. I can however assure you that it was a one-off in your room. It probably came through the terrace and not from our facilities”. So few of them in the room may happen. The terrace with spa bath is great, good size and nicely private, but if having the balcony means cockroaches in the rooms than I pass.…
We were in Palma because we had to leave our cruise as my husband got very sick. I needed a place to stay and found ARS. Martina, the front desk ambassador, was so sweet and kind and provided me a lot of help. The room was beautiful, environmentally progressive, had a fabulous rain shower shower head, and wonderful body care products. The bed was comfortable, there was a wine bottle sized glass bottle of water in the room, as well as a nice coffeemaker. If you spend a little more for the breakfast, you will be treated to amazing Iberian sausages, other meats, cheeses, breads and fresh fruit. The hotel is in the heart of the city, so next to many cafes, restaurants and a really good gelato place. Was so grateful to have this safe haven for a couple days.
We arrived late at 10pm and were instantly uplifted by Carmina on reception - nothing was too much trouble - in 5minutes had a map of all her favourite places to visit . If you’re thinking of visiting Mallorca this is the place to come to - love it
Just back from a fantastic weekend in Palma. This hotel was perfect with some great facilities and super adjoining restaurant. The staff are so helpful and kind providing a first class service. The hotel is situated a little outside the main town but has a number of fantastic restaurants and venues which suited our needs perfectly. We utilised the rooftop pool which was amazing, clean and perfectly maintained.
We booked this hotel last minute as our previous hotel cancelled and we are so happy this happened to us as this hotel is wonderful. The staff are so friendly, especially Carmina at reception who went above and beyond to source a very tricky cab service for us for the middle of nowhere. Rooms incredibly clean and spacious. Breakfast has a great selection including non diary milks which is pretty rare in Europe. Overall, 10/10 experience so far.
Lovely modern hotel in great area, close proximity to all the sites. Super helpful staff, who go the extra mile. We had a late flight and they had a shower room and allowed us to use the roof top pool throughout the day (which is lovely and clean)
Absolutely lovely hidden gem of a hotel. We had a 2 night stay before going to Alcudia. We loved the location it’s about a 15-20min walk into the centre. Lovely local bars and restaurants. Super helpful friendly staff, lovely rooms. We were given a room with a large terrace and hot tub which was fabulous. Good continental breakfast. We will definitely stay here again.
We recently stayed at the Ars Magna for a week whilst In Palma. We can’t fault the hotel as a whole. We had a deluxe room which had a super large terrace and hot tub however I wouldn’t say the room itself was particularly large. For us this wasn’t a massive problem as we used this a base and spent everyday out exploring but it really wasn’t massive, but it had everything we needed and was clean too ! The breakfast was a good continental breakfast which again is what it says on the tin. The staff that we came into contact with were so helpful with everything we needed like reservations for restaurants, bus routes etc ! The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from Palma centre but once you find your way it’s actually a lovely walk, we also found places we would have never have found if we hadn’t have stayed here ! We would absolutely return and stay here again just keep in mind it is a walk to Palma centre.…
This is my first review on tripadvisor but I have to write an excellent review of Ars Magna Bleisure - the decor of the hotel is perfect for us young-ish millennials travellers / digi-nomads. The bedroom is just perfect for me & my partner, bathroom is super modern and clean. The minimalist aesthetic gives such a nice feel after a long day exploration of Palma city. The hotel manager is ever so friendly and you can tell he really goes out his way to help us and create conversation with us. Also the hotel has good connection with Covid test centre so making our final day in Palma stress-free. The price of the room is very fair for the qualtiy + space you get, extra bonus of the small rooftop swimming pool to overlook the city, very secluded and romantic. Will 100% recommend it to my friends, and if I return to Palam I will come back again.…
