Just spent 4 nights in this wonderful hotel in a great location. I can honestly say this is the friendliest and well run hotel with exceptionally high standards and amazing staff. From the minute we arrived we were greeted with such friendly staff, Alejandro and Brais checked us in and advised on where best to eat and drink and Judith was exceptional at breakfast and drinks on the roof terrace. One of us had a birthday during our stay which was recognised and even Anna the manager took time to come and say Happy Birthday. There are more staff members who we didn’t get their names but everyone deserves recognition for the incredibly good job they do and make their guests feel exceptionally welcome also. We will definitely be back!

A lovely newly opened boutique hotel in the heart of Palma. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay and the fantastic staff made it feel really special (60th Birthday celebration) . Our room was beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. The cooked to order breakfasts were delicious. Highly recommended.

Staff are relaxed very friendly, attentive and make you feel very welcome. I mean all the staff - reception, concierge, restaurant, cleaning, all absolutely delightful people. Breakfast is prepared freshly and there is an excellent wide choice of food, well worth including in your rate. Location is superb and the rooms are designed so even the most basic has plenty of room and never felt constricted. Wonderful boutique hotel in the heart of Palma. We’re definitely returning!

This boutique hotel seems quite new and very well appointed. Alejandro and his colleagues will took very good care of us. They reserved a rental car for us and it was delivered to the hotel. The hotel is in a great location. We also loved the rooftop restaurant.

I recently held a birthday celebration at the lovely rooftop location at Nivia Born Boutique Hotel. The manager, Anna, was attentive and responsive to the event details. Her staff members were there to help out on the evening of the get together. Alexandra and Kevin provided top notch service for the party! The venue is beautiful and just the right size for more of a private party. My friends and relatives were very impressed with the ambience of the location. They were also very complimentary of the excellent food, bar availability and service.

The Hotel has the best service I seen in a Hotel, very personalized and friendly. Much better than a Four Seasons or a Ritz Carlton. The room are very confortable so much so that you want to spend time in your room.

We had a great visit at Nivia Born during our vacation. The staff was super friendly and the service was great. They helped us out with both booking a rental car, reservation at restaurants and beach clubs and was very service minded during the whole stay. The breakfast was really good with a great view from the terrace. The rooms were modern with a nice boutique interior design and good quality beds. The hotel is located right by the Cathedral and close to a lot of great restaurants and exclusives stores for shopping. We can gladly recommend a stay and will love to come back!
